Usually i have a problem at this location but i went this past weekend and our server TREY was great!!! He made sure to make us feel welcomed & also was very enthusiastic to sing Happy birthday!!! If i go back I definitely will be asking for him. Thank you for this great experience

This Chillis was extremely friendly. I ordered to go, and the server was quick to take my order, and my food came relatively fast within 10 mins.
Overall, the restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and I would highly recommend.

The best service experience I've had from Erin, she handled all her tables on top of training a new server. That's experience, and in this day and age, it is hard to find, especially after Covid. Bless her heart.

Are waitress never came back to ask us if we wanted more tea or anything, she did ask us after we finished eating so I took mine to go. It seems like all the waiters and waitresses were back in the kitchen including the host and the bartender we got there two hours before closing they had plenty of time but they just seemed in a rush clean so they coukd leave.

Not the best one I've been to but nothing wrong either. Layout feels weird but that may just be me. Food is almost always perfect. I have gotten undercooked chewy pasta before but only once.
The staff is all super friendly but I've had too many small problems, lack if refills and even busers taking my food I wasn't done with when I was in the bathroom to rate it five stars.
Overall very good and I still eat here pretty often.

This is the best Chili's in San Antonio. Always great service and always good food. Consistency is something all other lack, but this Chili's is every time on point. The prices are unbeatable too.

Our server Edward and his team gave us excellent service. He was very attentive. My fiance even commented that he made eye contact when he was talking to us.
We were very happy with the chicken and shrimp fajitas, grilled well, and sliced perfectly in thin strips for sharing. A delightful surprise in service and quality from our initial expectations.

What a refreshingly positive experience we had. Great staff and manager making sure we were satisfied.
I had a great dinner with ribs, honey chipotle crispers, and sausage.
Street corn was awesome too.

Haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, and I am so glad I did! Went with my family, and we all had a lovely experience. The atmosphere, service, and food were on point. The waitress checked on us a decent amount of time, and she even noticed when I was running out of my beverage and got me a refill right away. The food was delicious! We all enjoyed ourselves.
