I always order pickup at this location and everyone is really friendly and the sandwich is always good! I’m not sure the employees name, but he recognized me and said that he knows I come here a lot and he let me know about their new sandwich that was coming out. I really appreciated that. Thanks for all your hard work!

Going at this review from a different take. I love JJ’s and have been a consistent fan for at least the past 10 years as they have always been prompt in their service and delivery. Had a different experience on 2/28 when I ordered delivery and waited a little over an hour for my food. At first, I was upset that this institution of consistency had “wronged” me in not being complaint to their freaky fast business motto. I did the normal thing a whiny customer would do and called the store to get an update and huffed in displeasure when they told me they were down to 1 delivery driver and it would be some time until I got my food. Now, I was relatively close to JJ’s and could’ve easily drove to the restaurant and saved the trouble of having a driver meet me at the location I was at. However, I opted for lazy and decided it would be more convenient to have the food delivered with the expectation of the food being freaky fast. I eventually got my food from the driver, and I noticed that this driver was running to location I was at, not walking, but running. The driver apologized to me for the wait and went about their day. At this moment I realized that, obviously, this wasn’t the drivers fault nor was it the restaurants fault. We all are facing challenges in our lives brought upon us by external factors that we have no bearing over, and we could all afford to be more empathic to one another. At the end of the day, the driver and the restaurant are probably facing staff shortages and other challenges that hinder their operations. What does my complaining and moaning do to help them be more efficient? Nothing at all. To wrap up this long winded review, I ask that before you go and trash a sandwich place for getting your order wrong, or causing a minor inconvenience in your life. Put yourself in the shoes of the person that you are condemning, and realize that the world does not stop turning for a #11 with no tomatoes. Thanks all, be well and kind to each other.

My husband and I ended up by a jimmy johns and we had never been before so we decided to give it a try not knowing that they were closing up we walked in and was greeted kindly by our cashier Micheal . We spent some time looking at the menu and he asked if we had ever been there before we told him no and he went through and explained the menu to us . After some more time deliberating we finally ordered and we sat down to wait for our food. Not once did they mention they were closing or did they seem annoyed because we were looking at the menu so long . They both treated us like welcomed customers and took care of us ! Michael is a great Employeee there great customer service ! His coworker too (didn’t get his name) Jimmy johns is a new favorite the food was great too!

I consistently get my sandwiches from this store in less than 12 minutes. Recently I bought a sandwich online and the staff missed an extra item I paid for. I filed a complaint online and requested a refund for the forgotten item. I received an email from both the area manager, and the store manager, and a refund within 3 hours of my complaint. I will stand by this store and their work ethic and product any day! Thanks for your help and food!
