I work next door at Bass pro shop, I find myself eating here everyday for lunch. This place is hands down my favorite sandwich shop. And it's super fast I'm able to get in and out quickly on my 30 minute break.

Awesome to have some taste of Chicago in San Antonio. The Manager Pam and staff were some warm and welcoming and explained their menu with patience and suggestions for both adults and kids. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again Pam for making our day.

I recently had mouth surgery for cancer and the gentleman that helped me not only strained the soup so that I could eat it but added a cup of applesauce at no charge. Made my day to receive such accommodating. My sister-in-law had the apple walnut salad and raved how good and fresh it was. Location is tucked away a bit so don’t forget to stop when at the Rim.

Mike is the man!!!!! Best service of all time! I came in super late about 30min from closing and he was so nice and had the most wonderful attitude about it! I'm very grateful for being served by MIKE! He did not make me feel about it!

The usual lunch spot, great customer service. Always fresh and friendly. They prepare fast, unique & tasty hot sandwiches, salads and soups. Would definitely eat there again

Awesome staff. The evening staff always made our food great. We gone here multiple times for the past few month and never had an issue. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Even when I get my food order delivered during the evening time it always been correct. Macro has been helpful everytime. I don’t know who works the Morning/Noon shift but I notice my order been wrong most of the time during in person and delivery. I hardly order during the afternoon now because it’s been wrong 99.99 percent of the time.

Good sandwiches made to order. Try the steakhouse with horseradish aoli. You won't be disappointed, even if you don't like horseradish.

I had the Steakhouse Beef and my friend had the Italian. They make an amazing sandwich! Both of us were thoroughly impressed. Service was quick and the cookies are delicious.

Belly up to Potbelly! There are a lot of places in the “sub” business these days, but Potbelly’s is currently at the top of my list of all the franchises. Better goody to bread ratio than Subway/JJ’s. Comparable to WhichWich. My favorite is the Italian. They had a Turducken at Thanksgiving that was really good. Note: if you come on a busy night you can park in the first two rows of the Palladium valet parking for free. Those spaces are reserved for the restaurant patrons.

Loved the Italian sandwich! Nice kick of heat! I recommend the white bread over the multi-grain, which is drier. This place blows away Which-wich, Jersey Mike's, and Subway. Great employees and service! I can't get enough Potbelly! Get the app!
