It is a small store in a busy place. Service was quick and good. Flavors available are what you can find in grocery stores. Differences are the availability of sundae, and shakes.

Amazing ice cream. The store itself is very small, but you'll be wanting to sit outside and view the Riverwalk anyway! Located on the upper floor, so you'll be looking down at the Riverwalk. Expensive, but expected given the touristy location

It’s your typical Ben and Jerry’s. Ice cream was as good as ever. A little over priced but it’s to be expected.

The ice cream was great as usual and the staff was friendly. Make sure to try the praline ice cream with the cheesecake one, it’s a delicious combo.

Amazing 🤩 ice cream!!! The staff is very helpful. We were visiting san antonio from houston, the staff made an exception for us and let us have ice cream after shop hours.

After our dinner on the Riverwalk, we were craving some ice cream. We had noticed the Ben & Jerry’s earlier and decided to go there.
We arrived at 9:02 a few minutes after they closed. The manager, Leana, noticed that we were there as she was leaving. She told us to go back to the store and reopened just for us and was very friendly about doing that. As usual, the ice cream was great. It’s nice when someone goes out of their way to help you!

We stopped in for a late night treat after dinner. This was my first time actually visiting a Ben & Jerry's location. It is hard to come by one in Louisiana. This was the perfect finish to an awesome time at the Riverwalk.

The store is very small and the staff is energetic and hospitable. The only draw back is depending on the time the tables and seating area out front can often be found in shambles, a scattered sticky mess. So as long as you don’t plan on sitting and watching the riverwalk you’re all good.
