Texas Roadhouse

Amazing dining experience at this location. It was incredibly crowded and busy so we waited about 45 minutes to eat on a Thursday after work. The wait staff was all really nice and very friendly. Lots of them are singing and dancing as they walked through it was very lively tonight. The restaurant was very clean and tidy in spite of it being absolutely packed with people. The food was cooked perfectly My steak tasted succulent and the shrimp melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant and this location for its wait staff service and customer service. The manager stopped by and introduced her self as well. I haven't seen such great service at a steakhouse in town in a long time.

My son and I frequent this Texas Roadhouse 2 - 3 times a month on Sundays. Today, our waitress, Ms. Lorraine was truly awesome. She was attentive, very thorough confirming our order and made it her business to provide stellar service from start to finish. She conversed with us briefly...stating she truly loves her job and feels privileged to work at such an awesome establishment. It was so evident that she enjoys her job and my son and I appreciated the World Class Treatment. Outstanding service Texas Roadhouse...2 👍 👍 thumbs up. We always enjoy our meal here and with great service like Ms. Lorraine provided, we will continue coming here. Thanks !

Food and service weren't exactly stellar (drinks were wrong, bread par-baked, empty plates stacked up, one steak was overdone, no one gave us the peanuts we asked for, everything we ordered was upsold), but solid, friendly efforts were made for refills. Music was entirely too loud, couldn't carry on a conversation across the table. It was ok, but not our best experience.

You order 2dz rolls to go and no butter. They open at 11 am and then they tell you you have a 10 to 15 min wait....really. So we are seven grown men out to lunch and they plant us in a booth that can and only should hold 6 full grown adults. Really...you as a customer service based business has gone down the drain. Just like your parking slots outside you want to fit as many people into a very small space.

*This place doesn't open until 3pm* I should've had a steak! But the burger was delicious! I could've eaten a gallon of the mashed potatoes! They were so good! I miss eating peanuts while we wait, but the rolls and butter were so good!! My waitress was very nice, but I wish she would've told me about the "before 5pm" specials they have! I would've ordered off that selection. Either way, fat girl approved of this place and will return to eat more rolls!!!!
