King Buffet

We celebrated my daughter's graduation celebration there, in their big party room and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely great. It didn't have an old refrigerator taste, and the fruit was sweet and fresh.They catered to my family, in a very professional manner. We will definitely be going back there...

Great food, big selection, sticky worn tables. I have visited this location since they open and I no longer think of the food I think of the worn tables and often sticky tables due to being cleaned so often. I wish the owner would upkeep the establishment a little more so it would be an all around good experience. Tablecloths, idk, seems like they could a little better with the atmosphere. Has the potential to be a really nice place

Wide selection of food, deserts, and some sushi rolls. If you are coming here specifically for sushi rolls, don't. The sushi selection is not good, also mostly veggies wrapped in seaweed and old sushi rice. The other food selection was good. The salad was amazing. The atmosphere feels sticky and musty, so much, it was rather hard to breath in fresh air. We were here for lunch, so not sure how good are dinner buffet. If you craving a buffet, this is an okay spot.

Visited Saturday around 7. I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The food was tasty. The small white clams were on the cooler side; but everything else was hot. Lots of choices, good grill. Over all a good experience. I will be returning. This is better than Lin's International Buffet on the northwest side. Oh, the crab legs....haha there were people camping, waiting for it to come out. 04NOV22 Update: 5 stars. Visited again after picking my son up from school...about 4:30. All the crab legs were mine!! HAHAHA...it was the best time to visit. Everything was hot too. Everything was very tasty. The guy running the grill - super fast. Faster than other "Mongolian" grills at other Chinese buffets. My son didn't like it as much...he said they didn't have chocolate chip cookies or oreos - he only like Chinese buffets for the dessert, so take it for what it is...hahaha

King Buffet is a really good Chinese food buffet. Their is alot of good variety of food. I like that they even have potatoes wedges and fried chicken if you prefer to eat casually instead of Asian cuisine. The cleanliness could be improved on the bathrooms, some of the soap dispensers and air dryers did not work.

Thank you for taking time and reading my review... HANDS DOWN THE BEST BUFFET in SAN ANTONIO I have been here few times and sometimes with my Thai friends and my Thai wife. I have been to other buffets with them, and this place was their favorite. Everything is fresh. It has Mongolian Grill, sushi, steak and sizeable seafood selection and also a nice salad bar. Their dessert selection is the best ever including Bavarian cream filled mini eclairs. Buffet food mostly either taste blend or after mixing too many dishes you can't distinguish the taste. But, here each dish has its own supposed flavor. Friday dinner buffet for two was $29.68 for two, we got water for drink, so that's the base price for two people, if you get something to drink, it will be slightly more. Also buffet prices are different and less if you go during the weekdays for lunch and dinner. Some might argue buffet is unhealthy and we eat unnecessarily more than we need. However, if you try skipping following breakfast and lunch, it might worth the experience... And that's the essence of a buffet visit, the experience... Thanks for reading my review...
