As a native Buffalo girl and foodie. I have to say these are in the top 3 wings I’ve had anywhere in the country. The combination of crunchy outside and juicy chicken inside is like they’re doing magic in the kitchen. The outside gives cool city vibes, I was greeted by the best hospitality. The staff gave off family vibes which really set this vibe your just at your friends grandmas house. I’ll be back !!!! Thank you 😊 I had the fries with jerk seasoning which were so good 😂😂 I almost forgot about the wings.

Drove all the way in from Houston to try Wayne’s Wings and we WILL BE BACK! A must have Crunchy, Wet, Seasoned AF delicious meal of wings that hit the spot!! All of the flavors offered are off the chain and the service is the absolute best! Mr. Wayne even stopped by to make sure that all was well 🙏🏽 Thank you everyone who made our visit beyond worth it!

Not only are these wings the best in San Antonio, but the vibe, the service, it’s all amazing! Our order was cooked by Chef Kiza and I cannot heap enough praise on that man! I cannot stress enough how good this place is. Makes Pluckers and Wingstop look straight up BAD. Cannot wait to be back here A LOT.

I give this place a perfect score with great delight. Everything was perfect. From the food, to the service. Wings stayed hot the entire time. The sauces are delicious and they have so many different flavors. The fries were hot and crispy to perfection. I mean I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing food and service! I came with a party of 15 and for the amount of people, the staff were accommodating and had timely service. Kiza, Viviana, Shawn, Darnell, and Joe all helped make this experience enjoyable. Picture of Fries are covered with Buffalo and Ranch… wings in the middle have Lemon Pepper and Hot Sauce (called Thrustin) and the Wings on the right have Chile sauce, Cayenne, Honey, and Pepper Flakes (TX Honey Bee) all delicious!

When my friend recommended this place as I was visiting from Houston, I had to check out what the “Best Wings in Texas” tasted like. It’s a small quaint place out off Walzem, just off the highway. I got there around opening but it started to bustle a bit with diners and to-go orders as the lunch rush slowly approached. I got the Wayne’s Meal combo where you can get two flavors with your six wings and a flavor for your wedges. I went with breaded wings with the Boss (BBQ, Lemon Pepper) and the TX Honey Bee (Chili Sauce, Cayenne, Honey, Pepper Flakes) with Garlic Parmesan wedges. Paired it with an Orange Crush and Ranch. When the food arrived I immediately noticed what a good size the wings were and the amount of wedges. I took a bite and it wasn’t scalding hot like how some other places serve their wings, but rich and juicy. I could taste the flavor of not only the sauce, but the breading and the chicken meat itself. While the Boss was sweet, the Honey Bee had a nice kick to it! Granted I ended up with sticky hands, it was definitely worth it! I know how people would take a trip out to Austin or San Antonio just for BBQ, but I would say that Wayne’s Wings is a definite reason to come down to San Antonio every once in a while. Definitely returning!
