I’ve been a vegan for some time, my favorite culinary cuisine is Thai, to google Vegan restaurants in San Antonio, prior to my vacation and see Thai Vegan, I was like “Shut Up”😂😂. Extraordinary food, very flavorful, I just wish I could have dine in( take out only)but hey it is what it is 😂 I took photos after I started eating, the satay is not pictured.

Stopped by yesterday to try them out and was pleasantly surprised! I love Thai food and this place has all the classics plus because they're #vegan let you get your meat substitutes. I got their spicy noodles with soy shrimp, their "chicken" satay and even a Thai iced tea! All 100% vegan and delicious! I was particularly blown away by their "shrimp". Amazing how they made those! They really look like shrimp and it made me second guess them. LOL! Sadly there's no dine in right now and they don't have outdoor seating but at least you can get your orders to go!

Absolutely love this restaurant! I've been there three times for lunch and so far I've tried their Spicy Noodles, Praram's Plate and the Pad Thai. Every single thing there was absolutely delicious. I especially love the little spring rolls that come with the lunch/dinner combo since it's one of the few times I've ever had it without it being soggy due to the veggies. It's super crispy and the sauce (maybe some kind of soy sauce) is sooooooo good. You've probably guessed it, but yes everything there is vegan and if you're craving meat they have different soy meats like chicken and shrimp to satiate it. If you want to eat more of a plant-based diet or want to get rid of the myth that being vegan is bland come here and let the great food AND customer service surprise you!

One of the few and NEWEST 100% vegan places in SA. It’s in a strip center, but hey, what in SA in not in a strip center these days? I went to a special event tonight (yes, I paid for it, so I can do an honest review) that had a buffet. Normally, they do not have a buffet. But I got to try the Pad Thai, Vegan Salad, Pumpkin Eggplant Tofu, Vegan Spring Rolls, and for dessert Banana Spring Rolls. They also had two curry entrees. One was called Green Curry and one was Yellow Curry. I have never “acquired” the taste for curry, so I passed on those. My favorite was the Pad Thai that had slices of “beef” in it. I asked what it was and they said it was soy. It was SO convincing as real beef and was wonderfully flavored. We also had a soup, I can’t remember the name of it but it had tofu in it along with some green onions and some other veggies – it was chock full of flavor. Chef and owner Pat is a native of Thailand and was actually a Buddhist monk for 38 years. He came out and spoke to us and told us his story of his different vegan restaurants from New Mexico to San Antonio now. He REALLY has a good story and makes you feel at home. His love for the food and a certain lifestyle really is inspiring. The place is very clean, staff is friendly, and I am pretty sure the most recent health inspection posted on their wall is a 100 – I meant to get close to it and take a picture of it, but you might be able to see it in the background of some of the pix where Chef Pat is speaking. Like I said, this was a special event tonight (not a Yelp event) so don’t think you will have to listen to Chef Pat every time you go, but if you do get a chance to speak to him don’t pass it up. He and his staff really make this place feel like a second home. He makes you feel like just stopping in and waving and saying “Hi Pat!” and then going about your day. It is really that awesome! P.S. They are BYOB

Tried this place out for the first time and it's definitely worth it! Will probably become a regular! We had the spicy eggplant dinner plate, the orange chicken, and the sweet chili drummettes. Everything was delicious!

NOT SURE IF IT'S TOTALLY VEGAN....First time trying this place. Because of covid it is only order to go. They do have the menu taped on the window to view outside. Went in to put the order in. The lady was nice. We ordered the Pad Thai, Chow Mein, Golden Tofu, Spring Rolls, Fresh Rolls and Sweet rice w/mango. Spending a good 50 something bucks. When our order was ready the lady put it in the a box for us. I didn't notice the box till I got home. My husband got the box from the lady and put it in the car. The box was for knorr chicken bouillon. That wouldn't be vegan if used in the food. Not to sure if they use it at all, its just the box they had put it in. But why have that box if they don't use the product? For that reason I took a star, for the uncertainty of using chicken bouillon. But the food was really good. Hubby doesn't like much veggies but more noodles. I love a lot of veggies so for me it was great. Everything was so flavorful. Pad Thai had a sweet flavor and the chow main had a savory flavor. We didn't add any heat to the food. Didn't want to over do it with heat and not be able to taste the food. I would recommend this place but for the vegans out there I would ask about the chicken bouillon.

My favorite restaurant in the whole world. Never disappoints! The green curry is my favorite and I’ve probably gotten it about 59 times now

This restaurant is for Vegans and non Vegans alike. If you enjoy Thai food, give this restaurant a go. The Curry Dumplings are delicious, as is the Pad Thai. You have a choice of tofu, or soy based products.
