Willie's Grill & Icehouse

I seldom write reviews, but Bri's outstanding service at this restaurant deserves acknowledgment. And the fact that she has only been there a short time (2-3 weeks) I hear, she provided impeccable service, turning my dining experience into a delight. Initially ordering the loaded baked potato soup, which wasn't my favorite, Bri promptly replaced it with the seafood gumbo, and it was fantastic! The burger and fries were served fresh and hot (shout out to the kitchen staff). Bri's professionalism and friendliness makes this a place worth revisiting. I haven't had service like this anywhere in a very long time. Highly recommended! Bri, thanks so much for the great experience.

They have really come along way bouncing back since covid started we still went during the pandemic and it was quite scarce at the time and Willie's is still one of our favorite places for a great burger. I'm hooked on seafood gumbo and awesome salads the wait staff is excellent , friendly, helpful and come back to check on your order. I recommend everything on the menu you can't go wrong. My wife always gets the fried pickles and i get the monster onion rings.

Had an amazing experience the other day at Willie’s Icehouse on NW Military. I was having a bad so so I decided to treat myself and kiddos to lunch. Natasha was our server. She instantly brightened up my day! She was great with my cranky kids. The food was great. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

Enjoyed it. Kids had burgers and hot dogs. Nothing exceptional, but approved by my 4 kiddos. I had a margarita and salad and both were delicious. Hubby really enjoyed the seasoned fries. Kids loved playing in the sand area. The format of ordering, then giving your ticket to a server at a table you choose, then paying server at the meal's end was strange, but it worked.

Great food! One of the few places that offers a Crawfish Po’ Boy. They now offer tater tots, which was a welcomed surprise. They have also added a bar to the restaurant, since I was last there. The bar adds another dimension to the atmosphere that gives one a welcoming experience. If you have the time, come check them out. They will not let you down!!!

It's a decent place to grab food & brew. The burgers are pretty big, and I loved my crunchy tater tots. There's a fairly large selection of the standard beers. I almost got the chicken again, which is what I had last time (it was tasty, too), but figured I'd change it up. We did have two bottles of empty ketchup on the table, however. I think there were three other occupied tables when we arrived, so zero wait, and fast service. Will definitely return.
