Domino's Pizza

Just received our order for a Brooklyn style pizza. Included a picture of a sideways slice for reference. We’ve ordered thin crust pizza from them before that had more thickness than this. Tonight’s pizza and the last few orders have been really disappointing. Won’t be coming back which is a shame since its down the street from us.

Just had my pizza delivered and noticed a huge, long slice of pizza cut out right in the middle. Someone decided to take a slice for themselves and hoped we wouldn't notice by pushing the pizza halves together. If you put the halves together, it creates an odd shape that doesn't match (first picture). When I called, the manager was nice enough to send another pizza. The last photo is the new pizza delivered. Be wary of your pizza orders!

For the first time in probably over a decade, I ordered Dominos. I vaguely remembered "the new crust..." a buttery, garlicy pie that was better than decent, and let's be honest, that's really all we're looking for when ordering out of convenience from the ubiquitous pie-peddlers of old. This pizza was not decent. It was carboard. One pizza must have been cooked and sat for an hour prior to going out for delivery. I dare not mention the condition of the others. There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities other than it was 'kinda' fast. Never again. I'll stick to Marco's, Jett's, and Little Caesar's (Yes. Little effing Caesars is far and away superior to this depressing excuse for a pizza that to which I unfortunately presented to my famly). Bottom line: You have better options.

Twice we ordered from this Domino's and both times they got the order wrong. I give the benefit of the doubt to a business if they make a mistake on my order. If they repeat the same mistake tells me they do not care for my business. SInce they do not care for my business, I will not order again from them or any other Domino's as their food is not that good anyway.

This was our second order with Domino's. We ordered online both times, which was painless. The food arrived in very short order, which means the pizza and sandwich were still hot and the salad was cold. It all looked and tasted great! The delivery person asked me to thank the vets in our house (he saw the garden plaque), which was unexpected and very kind. We'll be returning often. Thanks, Domino's!

So I tried ordering two large pizzas from this location to a hotel room we were staying in, they told us to call the Dominos on Huebner because that location was closer. After calling the location on Huebner, I was told they do not deliver to hotels at all. Okay fine. So I drove to the location initially thinking they just don't want to deliver, then to be told that it was in fact the STONE OAK LOCATION that was supposed to deliver to us. The Huebner location hot me my pizzas even after I was a little irate, so kudos to them for putting up with me, but still. The only process just to get two pizzas. Come on Stone Oak dominos. Is Matt the name of the GM? I'd love to hear his answer as to why this all happened.
