You want the smoothest chocolate martini of your life? Delivered! Good beer selection too. Even though we ordered food from next door, they still let us use a table because we ordered drinks from them. Fantastic service too. It was the perfect way to wrap up a night out on the town.
Edit 11/2016 - It's getting better! Changing my review to 4 stars now. Staff is very nice and the facilities are in a much better state! My co-workers and I love coming down here for a good cigar and people watching over the river walk.

One of the best bars in the area with a broad selection of cocktails and liquors - and even cigars in this newly non-smoking haven of downtown. It's a small place and can get packed but service is impeccable and live music is always a good extra.
I am NOT a martini drinker but the variety of martinis they offer is great! They have everything from chocolate martinis to tropical, from classic to creative. They have live bands that play there for a fun yet relaxed atmosphere.
The chocolate martini is great! They have cigars and a balcony where you can sit and smoke while overlooking the river walk. Did I mention happy hour martini specials until 7!
This is a nice cocktail bar located right on the Riverwalk, near the Hard Rock Cafe. The specialty drinks are good, and the bartenders provide pretty good service. The space itself is relatively small, but I would definitely go if you are looking for a slightly more upscale alternative to Pappadeux'
Loved my time at Swig. Martin, the general manager, is so friendly and hilarious. He made us feel right at home. He made strong but delicious drinks. I highly recommend!
Swig is by far the best martini bar on the Riverwalk. If you are downtown in SA and looking for a good time then check it out.
Nice, classy break from the drunk college atmosphere of the rest of the riverwalk. Music is great! Get the Red Velvet Martini! Do it nerd!

The banabu is the tastiest drink I have ever come accross. If you want to have a variety of great cocktails to choose from this is the place to go
