So I came here for the first time and ordered a frontier double with no tomato heavy onion with a bowl of chili. My order came out hot but tomato was on the sandwich and no extra onion. I requested a refund. Alexa the manager apologized and gave me a refund. What made this experience five stars, Alexa made sure that I didn't walk out the door with a sour taste in my mouth. She remade my order and no cost to me. This made a lifetime customer when I visit San Antonio. The burger was flavorful,.juicy. the fries and onions rings were burn your mouth fresh and hot. Thank you Alexa for turning lemons into lemonade. Your superior customer service made the difference for me. I'll definitely be back.

Great place that has been around for a lot of years! We got a cheeseburger with onion rings. Char broiled taste. Tony and Val got their fries....thick krinkle cut. The onion rings were good. The place is owned by Jim's. Recommend. Great place to bring the kids.

Met a friend here for lunch. First time dining here at the recommendation of the friend. Service and welcome was outstanding. Atmosphere was welcoming with the customers in good spirits. However, the food did not meet the predining hype that was given. My friend even apologized that food was subpar. Maybe another meal again with my friend is needed to elevate this review.

Frontier burger is a different experience than your average fast food restaurant. The vintage atmosphere and the menu makes you feel like the restaurant is in another age. The food tastes great. The charcoal grill taste of the meat is awesome and the chili was great.

Did dinner from here through the drive-thru. Got the Frontier Burger double cheeseburger meal combo. Burger and fries were hot, well seasoned and very good. Fast service and great customer service. Will definitely return again and would certainly recommend this location.

First time here and it was really good. The service was the most impressive part. Everyone I encountered seemed excellent at what they did. The food was fresh and hot. The burger was a throw back for me and reminded me of a time when a certain major flame-broiled burger restaurant was good. Although, I must say that this burger was much better even when compared to yesteryear. I did feel like it was a bit on the pricey side, but considering location, I can understand why it wouldn't necessarily be cheap. I think I'll return.

Good hamburgers!! Onions rings were good also. Friendly staff, and good at answering questions. Highly recommend if in the area. We spent 26 dollars that was a cheeseburger, mushroom double burger, two orders of onion rings and 2 ice teas.

Fast food burgers in most chains are precooked, sit in water, and are considered fresh. 🤔 Everything is fresh here. Burgers cooked to your liking. Fries/ onion ring combo I could eat by themselves, the portions are so big and delicious . Customer service is great. The dining room is always stocked and clean. Super friendly and caring staff.

I had never been there. I always pass by it and today I said I'm going, no regrets. Very delicious, burger tastes homemade (fresh), had the strawberry shake and onion rings...delicioso. Customer service was excellent. I was blessed.
