Golden Wok Chinese Restaurant - San Antonio - Photo album

My wife and I had our first date at Golden Wok back in 1981. We have always enjoyed the food, and it wasn't until this visit that I realized I hadn't given Golden Wok a review. As always, the restaurant is bright open and roomy. The kitchen is out in front, and you see the kitchen staff working hard
It's my first time trying out their dim sum on a Sunday. Their selection is impressive! They are all tasty. Be very careful with what you request and how much you request from the moving carts because it can add up. Their menu doesn't disclose the price for each dim sum. They all vary. The servi
Try the Crispy Asian Beef, you won't regret it. This place never disappoints, been visiting whenever I get a craving for Chinese food. Definitely worth it! I want to come back here and try many more things. My recent visit to this restaurant satisfied my craving for chinese food. If you're a fan o
First time eating here. Had the lunch special Lemon Chicken. It was good. Friend had the Beef and Broccoli, he says it was good. My other friends had the Shrimp Stir Fry, and for the exception of all the onions, they said it was delicious. Server was ok and helpful. Overall good experience.
This was our first time here and it was delicious! The only reason I put 3 stars for service was because they had just been hit with the huge Sunday brunch and I know everyone was very tired but our waitress still messed up our dim sum and didn’t even know what she gave us until the end when she saw
I’ve eaten here about 4 times and so far the food reminds me of the Chinese food restaurants my family would eat at in the San Francisco Bay Area when we lived there. Authentic and a little bit extra. We’ll worth the price. The service yesterday on a Friday night was above and beyond. My sister came
THE best dim sum in San Antonio! I enjoyed all of their savory options but the fruit tarts were my favorite. Delicious! The push carts were the cherry on top.
Being a fan of their hot oil that they sell in store, I wanted to give the actual restaurant a shot. The menu was a bit simple with a few unrecognizable dishes that your average Chinese joint may not offer. For starters, we went for the hot and sour soup, along with the chicken eggrolls. The hot and
We got here about 2pm and it was packed. Considering how busy they are we were worried having to wait a long time and possible having our order inaccurate. We had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes. Not long after we sat down the waitress came over and started taking care of our table. We ord
We got seated right away but after that it took a good 20 min for someone to notice us and take our orders they were busy so no big deal. Food was amazing and we definitely will be back!
