First time coming here and I was not disappointed! We got the burrata appetizer and a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious and service was great. Very clean too.

NOT CHICAGO DEEP DISH!
This was a highly anticipated visit based on other reviews. Apparently, the other reviewers have never had Chicago Deep Dish Pozza!! A 3/8" thick pizza with a 1½" turned up edge. NOT deep dish by any imagination! We ordered the "capone. " ...sauce was fresh and tasty, but the crust was lacking like a plain dry breadstick. Overall, it wasn't bad, but don't expect more than that. Med pizza, 2 salads, 2 beers, and 1 glass of wine, $55.00

I came to Triology pizza bistro for thr 1st time on 11.30.23 for a birthday dinner. I ordered the Texan pizza and it was good. I also got the side ceaser salad and it was also very good.
Atmosphere was great, they have tv to view games. Unfortunately when we went the cowboys were playing but on prime so we were watching the game in our cellphones as we ate lol.

Best New York pizza we have in San Antonio. Also, best Chicago deep dish I’ve found outside of Chicago. You can’t miss here. Hard to get to for dinner with traffic as it’s deep in Stone Oak (if you are not living in those neighborhoods) but WORTH the wait!

Removed one star only because we weren't crazy about the Chicago-style pizza. NY style was decent. The sauce is fantastic. My daughter really liked the fettuccine alfredo.

Pizza was quite tasty. My only issues was the toppings including cheese were not anywhere close to the edge of the pizza so lots of plain crust on the circumference and they could have used maybe another 20% topping because it felt scarce. Service was super friendly. I will try this place again.

I've been coming here for about 6 years now and not once have I ever had a bad experience or bad pizza. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. And usually doesn't even make it home when I get a take out order lol. They only somewhat complaint is they aren't open more often. With my work schedule I really can only manage to get an order on the weekends.

We were fairly new to the area and looking for a new favorite pizza place. Trilogy is it! Their NY style pizza is our pie of choice with its flavorful well done crust topped with a generous amount of sauce. We like to get the Old World Pepperoni pizza that’s topped with fresh mozzarella. Their pizza sauce is seriously my favorite in the city and I can tell you that I haven’t loved pizza this much since I visited New York. My only complaint is that they aren’t open all week but they’re worth waiting for!

Ordered the Al Capone Chicago Style Pizza, as this being my first time trying this style. This pizza was the best tasting pizza I have ever had! The cheese was gooey, the crust was flaky and crispy. Will go back again! My new fav Pizza Place
