Sonic Drive-in

I placed a order online for a drink and pick up time was 7:40 pm, I got to the window at 7:42 and was told to pull up to the drive through. I placed the order on line and there is like 3 cars in front of me. I've been waiting for my order ( one drink) over 15 minutes. And all stalls are cut off or broke. This is ridiculous. And the staff that they hire (young kids) are rude.

First of all I get it! Understaffed! But customer service is customer service. I worked customer service for 32 years and yes there were bad days but everyone is different. I always go to the next customer with a pleasant attitude and finding out that customer was nice and friendly. A smile and greeting would be nice. I would be glad to come in and teach a customer service class because the crew there on 3/16/22, 9:30 pm was very rude. The food was distasteful. I grew up on the Eastside and I get tired of people downing this side of town and then I come there tonight and receive this type of behavior. Not good!

I never go to this Sonic location unless I'm asked to by someone else. Always takes at least 20 minutes, no matter what you order, or what time you go. Drive through or park, it doesn't matter. You will be waiting a MINIMUM of 20 minutes for your limeade! It doesn't make up for the irony of the slowest service at a place called "Sonic", but the actual food is ok.

Placed an online order at 7:46 pm. Food wasn’t ready until 8:26. What is the purpose of using the app if it doesn’t speed up the process. On top of that lady on the speaker was extremely rude. Ice cream machine was down and they couldn’t give a refund. Ordered a double and received a single meat. Worse experience ever.

Always slow, no matter if you order ahead on the app, go to the drive thru, or go to a stall. I still had to wait 30min even after I ordered on the app and checked in that I was there. The drive thru line is always long and it takes foreverrrr just to order, let alone get your food. One of the worst locations in SA.

I've been here 3 times waited close to 40 mins because they only operate the drive thru at 1pm. I left because if this is their normal operations I can imagine how filthy the inside of the store is. There's no way they are maintaining Health & Safety Standards. Find NEW MANAGER'S AND OWNERS OR CLOSE IT!
