THANKFUL they were open for Christmas Day Dinner. The food was of course excellent a always. The staff... amazing (especially for working on a holiday)

Food is delicious. Tampiqueña is our favorite. We also had churros for dessert, chefs kiss. Staff was super friendly, specially Frida who was our server.

Probably the best beef fajitas I've ever eaten and being from Texas I've eaten plenty. Margaritas were excellent atmosphere was lovely staff was excellent. Will be going back next time I'm in San Antonio.

Such a good experience here. The food was amazing, the drinks were strong, and Eric León was a FANTASTIC server -- he was so kind and catered to all our needs fully and quickly. I will absolutely be back next time I'm visiting San Antonio.

Not a waste of your time whatsoever. I believe this is one of the best grills I've been so far. The servers where nice, the place was clean and the food was very good. I'm not giving 5 stars just because I feel the wait time for the food was too long even with the restaurant not being packed.
I do recommend it, is a pretty good place, affordable and very nice environment.

The atmosphere is amazing when the live music plays (I believe every weekend). I have heard so many things are good from the Shrimp tacos Gobernador, Puntas de Filete al Abañil, to the ribs and the Garritas De Leon, but I always go in, look at the menu, and order the same thing: Tacos Matamoros and mango shots. Will try more and add more photos, but matamoros and mango shots are a perfect hit EVERYTIME! I like to half the four tacos and use the second tortilla underneath to eat it as 8 tacos that aren't as stuffed. Excellent service from the wait staff and hostesses always!

I came to this restaurant to kill some time while my girlfriend was shopping nearby. In an odd accident, the general manager happened to be carrying drinks directly behind me and someone bumped into him so he spilled them. After some of the staff helped him clean up the mess, the GM introduced himself to me and apologized for the incident. He also explained to me the authenticity of their food and rushed out some of the chips and beans to me. I cannot state just how blown away I was by his friendliness and kindness.
After trying the food I can also say that it is incredible!
