Kimura - San Antonio - Photo album

AMAZING! From the customer service to the food, I have never had a bad experience here. We were greeted by Samantha and she had the best energy even after dealing with a very rude and unpleasant customer. It was evident he just wanted to take his frustration out on her and not genuinely seek a resol
We walked in at 9:30p (they close at 10:30p) and they were great from start to finish. Smiles and help offered from sit down to walking out the door. The food was amazing and fresh. Will definitely be going back.
Everything was yumilicious. Server were very friendly. Atmosphere was amazing. The only bad thing was that we had to wait a long time for food( we got sunmono as a compliment and it was yummy too) and hard to find a spot to seat (too busy). Street parking was easily available.
I'm visiting from Austin and was starving after the drive. We have a million ramen shops in Austin but very few places serve katsudon, so I thought I'd give this place a shot. The atmosphere is very charming. I took a walk around after I ordered my food to really take in the space. I started with th
The place was absolutely amazing; I went for my birthday and had a great time. The food was fresh but not burning hot, service was friendly, and the place was very clean. I also had some of their drinks and it was really good!
When you walk in, the staff greets you in Japanese. Over all vibe is chill and relaxed. If you are not familiar with Japanese food, the staff is more than willing to walk you through their menu. Food is fresh and made to order. The Gyoza is on point. The upstairs bar is also a nice choice to hang o
I had the fried chicken appetizer and Tonkatsu ramen. The fried chicken is delish w a large portion. The ramen is nice. The restaurant is beautiful. And the staff greets you when you enter / leave the place like in Japan.
I would give 6 stars to service and food if I could. Will definitely be coming back! We got the Tonkotsu ramen and the pineapple lemonade and it was AMAZING.
It was my first time stopping by, and I can assure that it WON'T be the last time. I ordered the Katsudon, which is a rice dish with a breaded pork cutlet and an egg on top. It gives fried rice vibe....just absolutely AH-MAY-ZING!!
First time here with a friend who wanted to check out this new location. I was told they used to be downtown in a smaller space. This one is nice with lots of tables, an upstairs area plus a parking lot! The food -- O M G! Really good Ramen. I ordered the Tonkotsu with braised pork belly. It is de
Anything negative I have to say is related solely to my taste preferences, so putting those preferences aside I have to give this place a 5/5! The atmosphere first most is incredible. Parking leaves a lot to be desired, but the patio and inside are both well done. The food came out a tiny bit slow b
Some excellent food here, place is inviting with outdoor seating available. Asahi available on draft, with a good selection of drinks for all age groups. The broth is good till the last drop, and the Bok Choy is grilled just right to complement the rest of the items in your bowl. The parking situa
You order food before sitting down along with drinks. Parking can be a lil tight. Their Ramen and chicken was soo tasty. Really enjoyed the meal.
If you love Ramen/Japanese food, you have to try this place out. From the time you order, you are made to feel very welcomed. Samantha was very sweet and helped us order. All the staff seems like a family. They seem to all work very well together, like a well oiled machine. The ramen is delicious, a
Great food, small place, extremely busy at 1pm. Food took about 40 minutes and I ordered to go. Its a very small kitchen for the amount of business they get but that's because of how good the food is. I would go again but maybe at a different time. MANY people turned around after they were told food
