The place is near the riverwalk and do have different entry ways. The place have good lighting and music on, you may probably request to sit down to a different floor/level if you want to just have a more less noise.
The service was smooth and perfect! Mia our server was so patient.
We ordered the Messi Chicken which was huge for my size, it comes with the sides of your choice. While for the dessert, ordered the cobbler which was also a big serving.
The price fits well with the portion you are getting.
The vibe in there is awesome and the staff are spectacular. But the food is lowkey garbage. I got the Messi burger and it was literally an abomination. The ribs were pretty mid too. The food is expensive. But the dessert was wonderful.
Great food. The hard rock cafes are very special to me, this one was no exception. The waitress was great. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We were seated outside. Great location just wish there was music. Overall the best!

Messi Chicken was juicy, crispy, breaded and sauced. Not spicy but saucy and flavorful. Arugula was peppery and complemented the sauce well. Nothing fell apart. No separation of the breading and chicken, perfecto! Fries were delicious and plentiful.
Messi Burger was so fresh and juicy we had forgotten what a burger was supposed to be like. This wasn’t frozen or cheapened in any way. It had sliced sausage right under the top bun with a spicy sauce.
Highly recommend sharing the apple cobbler. It comes with ice cream and is perfect 🤩 apples are thin sliced and full of flavor. Buttery bottom and cinnamon crumbly top. No canned apples 🍏 for this cobbler and you can tell.
Salmon was great. Service was very nice. The collections is awesome if you like

Our experience was excellent! We were running late due to traffic, called the restaurant and they were very accommodating. Once we arrived, everyone from the hosts to the servers were extremely courteous and friendly. Our server, I believe her name was Emily, was super sweet and attentive. Even one of the hostesses stopped by early in the meal to check on us.
The food was delicious! My burger was perfectly cooked medium (when I order medium it's almost always medium well anyway), and my husband's salmon was flavorful and juicy when more times than not, restaurant salmon is dry. We also had frozen hurricanes that were great!
For the level of service and the wonderful food, it was a great meal for the price. We'll definitely be back!

Well, this has been the best dining experience in San Antonio by far. We decided to try a lunch experience since dinner was disappointing last night. We sat at the bar. The service was good. They have sweet tea. The beer was served in an ice frosted glass and was very cold, a big relief from the heat of the day.
We went the appetizer route, ordering three different plates - nachos with chicken, boneless chicken tenders and American sliders. All three came out looking fantastic. I wanted to try a little of each one. First, the slider was hot, juicy and tender. I took my time eating because I wanted to savor every bite. Second, The boneless chicken was good, freshly made. On par with other restaurants. Third, the nachos with chicken looked great, plenty of color from the toppings. Also, the nachos had good flavor from the tomatoes, jalapeños and other toppings. Yum. I’ve been to other hard rock cafes and have been disappointed, but not this time. I was happy when I left the restaurant. Please stop by and check out the Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio River walk. If their other dishes are as good as the appetizers, you will also be pleased with the Hard Rock Cafe too. Enjoy. Happy eating.
My husband and I just stopped in here for a drink after dinner and we finally found a place that would do an espresso martini on the river walk! We have come here before just to split nachos which are on point! Their walk up bar is AMAZING and we got served right away! Their staff is super attentive and will go the extra mile! HIGHLY RECOMMEND & A BOMB ESPRESSO MARTINI!
The food was tasty and came out quite fast considering how busy it was. We went on a Saturday night and there was a 45 minute wait, but I believe they take reservations. I recommend you get reservations because it is extremely packed. Our server, Shanteil was very polite and friendly and always made sure to check up on our table despite it being extremely busy.
