Ocho At Hotel Havana - San Antonio - Photo album

What a lovely setting! Many tables over look the river … almost transporting you out of the city. The food was wonderful. I enjoyed the pork shank - as tender as can be and flavorful. The steak was good, but it was a tad over cooked and could have been seasoned a little more. The side vegetables wer
This place is vintage, and with its dark academic style, it's so cool. It's right off the River Walk, and the dim lights cast a nostalgic atmosphere. The bar is downstairs, and its "old school basement party dark," red lights and all. I dig it! The bartender in the basement makes a mean mojito. The
It was my first time eating cuban cuisine and boy was it delicious. The restaurant is so fun and overlooks the riverwalk. We ordered several plates and shared them family style. The food was Amazing. Our favorites were the eggplant , the roasted veggies, and the street tacos. It was so good I forgot
We loved Ocho! This place was great for breakfast or brunch. Food was excellent and wasn’t busy on a Friday morning. Right on the river walk, our view was stunning as we sipped coffee and eat some amazing food.
Fantastic cuban cuisine overlooking the Riverwalk. Best mussels I've had in San Antonio...adeptly cooked in a beer lime broth containing chorizo. The pistachio crusted Snapper served in a chipotle honey sauce was excellent with a topping of grilled shrimp and fresh avocado. The Maduros (plantains) c
Everything they offer is delicious. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing 😌 10/10 would go again. As a disclaimer to everyone, you get what you pay for. $$$$ and it's worth every penny.
Went for dinner on a Saturday night. Beautiful location, perfect for date night. Our server made awesome drink recommendations (mojito called ocho & thyme will tale) and our meal was a delicious combination of flavors (Pollo en Tamarindo with a side of maduros). It's slightly on the pricier side but
This place has its own special vibe, your able to see out around you in almost every direction. There are trees and plants around the outside of the restaurant. The river flows in front of you and small little birds hoping from tree to tree. The food was great . We had the meat and cheese plate for
Most definitely a "special occassion" location. Expect higher prices than you might expect. 2 ppl. Appetizer, - Hummus, Main Course - Pan Seared Red Snapper & Full rack of lamb, Shared Desert combo, chef inspired. included fresh strawberries & Creme, Churros with chocolate sauce and apple cinnamon e
The ambiance at OCHO in downtown San Antonio on the Riverwalk is perfect for a romantic evening or a delightful family gathering. It’s an intimate and charming spot where you can savor delicious dishes, particularly during brunch. Just make aure you get a reservation.
I came here for a solo semi-staycation. I can’t recommend a better place to come on a date with yourself. Order the steak and a beautiful cab sav, and you’ll have a great time!
What a gem! Teases every sense; vision, taste, smell. Loved every single meal we had here. The street tacos were out of this world. Our server was amazing! Unique, fabulous experience.
Excellent dining experience. We shared appetizers and entrees. The food was creative and very fresh. The ambiance was so relaxing and beautiful. Our waitress was very helpful with our questions about dishes and specific ingredients.
Great Customer Service. The server was very attentive to our table, not buggy, came to dinner, the setup is in a beautiful elegant greenhouse with a lovely huge ficus lyrata, the food was amazing authentic flavors I'll be back to try other things.
Initially I heard very mixed reviews, but after visiting for brunch it proved to be stellar! Cuban hash with chorizo was amazing
We loved this place! I had my birthday brunch here and the food and drinks were exquisite! My fiancé had a plate with beans and it tasted just like his mom’s beans! So special to taste food that brings you back to your childhood. I’ll give 10 stars if I could
Came in for a quick coctail and had a gin in tonic with muddled cucumber. Megan was our bartender, she was so polite and attentive, her drinks were eccentric and STRONG! Would recommend to a local or a tourist.
