Paesanos

Been coming to this location for a while and the service is always fantastic. I was in a family group this visit and our server rocked it! The food is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend the bacon asparagus soup. The portion size alone is a meal itself. Lasagna is thick and flavorful. The only downside is the atmosphere, music is generally loud so people are talking louder.

Amelia (waitress) and Mike (wine expert) were amazing. The food was really good. The only thing we didn’t like was the amount of noise inside. Also our dessert was a little more basic than we thought it would be. It was actually quite comical. If you have a nut allergy do not eat the bread offered. We had to substitute it for regular garlic bread. We were offered bread with nuts in it about 3 times. Also comical. Even had other customers, tables away, laughing. Other than that we enjoyed our meal, the service, and the random conversations with some of the other customers there. Would definitely return.

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant for her birthday and since I don't go out to eat at all this was a very pleasant experience. Scallops were on point and just melted in your mouth and the bernease sauce was delightful (first time I try either) she ordered the pasta and It was text book perfect. The tiramisu and créme bule were delicious. Friendly staff and waitresses ,10/10 would eat here again

For our 27th anniversary we ate at the bar as the restaurant was packed. It turned out to be the best spot. Forest, Paul and Claire held it down in the bar! Their customer service was 10/10. Watching them kick out the drinks was amazing. Their teamword was 10/10. Thank you guys for the great experience and a wonder anniversary dinner.

I love this place the ambiance is so classy, so relaxing and fancy. The food is phenomenal. I love eating here any chance I get especially my birthday and wedding anniversary. The chicken Gorgonzola is my favorite dish to order there it has a creamy white sauce with mushroom a green beans and comes with your choice of pasta and sauce on the side. The wine choices are good too a little pricey but in my opinion worth it

I've been to this location a few times, and each time has been a pretty good experience. The menu is a bit on the pricier side, but that's expected considering it's by The Quarry. Overall, the food was delicious and the wait staff were very diligent with our orders. The only comment I have would be on the seating. If you're a small party (3 or less) they tend to sit you at tables that are pretty close to one another. Other than that, they're pretty accommodating with seating and food restrictions/preferences. Great place for a date night out or if you have family in town 👍

Absolutely delicious! Elena waited on us, and she did a fantastic job suggesting appetizers and different dishes. The jumbo calamari we chose was half fried and half grilled... wow. Excellent flavor, especially with the basil garnish and calamari sauce (not marinara). As our entrees, the Rib had the Shrimp Paesano that was lightly breaded and pan seared in a lemon-butter sauce with pasta, and I had the chicken parmigian with spicy marinara and angel hair pasta. Both were savory as well as filling. We will return!

I had this delicious Italion food today. You can't go wrong when you decide to eat here. One of the best Italian restaurants in San Antonio. Delicious, hot food. Plenty of choices on the menu to satisfy your appetite. The staff will accommodate and make sure you get what you want. Great atmosphere and people will be found here. Who knows, you might run into a friend or two. This restaurant is a staple in the community.
