I stopped by to pick up my takeout order, and was greeted by the kindest staff/owner. The inside of the restaurant was decorated with holiday lights and a Christmas tree, it was so enchanting and you could tell the person who put it up really put care into it 💗 The food was prepared quickly (I ordered the fried chicken fried rice, the chicken satay and the pumpkin curry, and the Thai iced tea). Once I got home, a 5-10 minute drive, the food was still piping hot and so fresh! And, every single bite was amazing. My kids don’t always eat takeout, but they loved the fried chicken fried rice and chicken satay. We will definitely be going back, for take-out and dine in! Love this place and the people behind it. It’s a local gem.

This place is the best Thai around its fresh and perfectly seasoned. has great hospitality and it breaks my heart to see how rarely I see people dining here. I definitely recommend the prawn coconut soup.

Food was yummy - we particularly liked the green curry with chicken! We dined in, and the restaurant is extremely clean. The service is excellent. We’ll be back!

The best Thai I’ve ever had. I tried the green and red curry (chicken) and it was A+ for flavor, freshness, and feeling good in my belly and body after. Note that the red curry is a little spicy and the green is a bit more milder.

What a great place! Delicious nicely presented food at a reasonable price. Everything tasted great and not overly spicy for the coconut curry. Pleasant decor but the air conditioning was either broken or they don't have any, and it was very hot inside. The employee was nice and came and tried to adjust the fans to cool us down but it was still hot. At least he was very "chill" especially when I spilled my full glass of water all over the table and everywhere. He wanted to clean up and was more concerned about us not getting wet and having a nice dinner. I'd come back here for sure, but maybe on a cooler night.

This is flavorful, high-quality, beautifully presented Thai Food. This is my go to place at least once a week, often twice a week. The food is delicious and full of flavor, the service is great, and the ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. I've been to other Thai restaurants in San Anselmo and in San Rafael and this is by far the very best Thai food!!

Auryn Thai is open (no dine-in) during COVID! We love Thai and this is the first place we have tried since arriving in the area.
This is family owned (according to the manager) so that the family Grandma could share her love of cooking with her community. They only employ family members (during COVID) to keep risk low.
The food is simple, simply prepared, and nearly perfection. Amazing flavors, aromas that make you salivate, and a variety of spice levels from "I thought this was Thai food," to "Dear Lord, what have I done."
Lemongrass, basil and a host of fresh vegetables provide the base for each dish. Adding your protein is easy and every protein from tofu to pork is succulent and prepared to the best possible state to carry flavor and create an amazing bite.
We can't wait to go back for more of Grandma's homemade Thai food!

The curries are the absolute best! You can’t go wrong but I’m a huge fan of the red pumpkin curry and the green curry. We had both with tofu. Golden shrimp rolls are perfectly crisp. Fresh spring rolls are great - not too many rice noodles and lovely Thai basil and cilantro. Such kind people too! Worthy of a visit.
