Horrible service! I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers plain with no sauce and no vegetables and the first time they put everything on it that I asked them not to and the second time I thought they got it right but I asked for extra bacon and they didn’t give me any bacon at all meat was cold horrible service never going back !!

Absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes just for them to remake 1 burger. Only came here so my nephew could play. Nobody pays attention to the counter, yet there's 4 people doing drive through. Manager looked up and saw some of us waiting to be helped, yet ignored us. Just go to the chicken place next door, or McDonald's.. It's not worth the few bucks you'd save here.

Good food. The kids room needs some major major major major cleaning! Def recommended paying a cleankng service to clean the actual slides because they are literally turning black and the employees at night though could use more training.

Ordered two different burgers WITH jalapeños through the drive thru. I got home and both burgers DID NOT HAVE JALAPEÑOS!! I tried calling the establishment to let them know about the mistake they had made and the call wouldn’t even go through! Thought it was my phone service for some reason, used my partners phone to call, same result. The place wasn’t even busy for them to make the mistake. Of course the receipt said jalapeños were added and got charged for the add on, which isn’t much, but the matter of fact that I got lied to twice and that their phone line was unresponsive ticks me off! I never leave reviews for fast food places but I just want the cowards to know that I’ll never go to this place again. I HIGHLY SUGGEST/RECOMMEND-CHECK YOUR BURGERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE IF YOU ORDERED ANY ADD ON TO YOUR BURGER. Very disappointing experience.

They overcharged my by more than 30% over the prices on the overhead menu and then tried to shame me for questioning their cash-register and not just paying what they told me. I honestly do not know if they are thieves or just not too smart.

My sandwhiches were smothered in mayo three lettuce was brown and nasty. The fries were hard and tasted like the grease hadnt been changed in forever.

Horrible service can’t get a good order right ordered 2 of those over priced chicken sandwiches the cha king and makes both sandwiches wrong horrible never coming to this location again

We ordered a coffee, and were told after we paid that there was no coffee. Then waited like what seemed like forever to get some ketchup, Which they could find. I asked them to replace the coffee with something the same price and was ignored, then only have being rude did we get the refund for the coffee. Also the chicken fries were soft and Luke warm.
