Barely put any meat for a steak and cheese, parts of the bread had no meat at all on it.... "sandwich artist" was rude and incompetent.... tried to toast 3 footlongs at the same time. Made it all the way to the end and they didn't have the dressings we wanted that they normally have. Would recommend going to a different subway location. I enjoy subway but have never had this bad of service. Will not be going to this one again even though it is near where I live.

Bad costumer service. Called at 8 to confirm what time they closed. Said 9 so we went and they were closed at 830. Sign still on. Subway girl ran to the back when she saw us and the stripes workers said she just finished closing.

Had an awful experience
Went in to purchase two 6in Sandwiches and the young lady Moesha has the most awful customer service
I asked her nicely to please finish my two sandwiches because as she was making my sandwiches she proceeded to also make the sandwich for the customer behind me also
I asked her nicely if she could please finish my sandwiches and then take care of the gentleman behind me and apologized and explained I had to be at work in about 30 min and she immediately got an attitude and said in here by myself and I said I'm sorry I understand I just need to get going, proceeded to finish my sandwiches with attitude and I was sincerely apologetic. I get it what it's like, I manage a store but her attitude towards me was awful and as I proceeded to check out was not asked if I needed anything else, she checked me out and picked up the bag and flicked and threw it at me and no thank you
As a person whom works in customer service, this is awful
It took alot for me to not just leave her with her attitude made sandwiches
If I could I would leave no stars

Trying again and it just sucks in San Angelo. The subways are just nasty and San Angelo they would rather sit there and talk they're talk then claim the counters are sticky and disgusting I felt like I needed a shower after I left there Find some places to eat Is firehouse sub is very good

Not only taste good, but they look a lot better than the usual fast-food sandwiches!

Asked for flatbread, they had to check in the back for it. I had another sandwich completely made before they found any. It seemed like it was inconvenient for me to try and order something. Asked for a bowl of soup with the sandwich. Soup was cold and they gave us a fork to eat it with.

I was disappointed this time. A new girl waited on me and she was so slow and did not bother to change gloves between sandwiches. The second sandwich ended up with jalapeno juice all over it. She will learn but I won't be going back there for a while.
