Service was great, especially for a fast food joint.
The burgers are definitely above average for fast food. Overall a pretty good burger. The fries are meh, reminiscent of McDonald's for sure. The spicy ketchup is amazing, though. It turns mediocre fries into delicious potatoes.
In-N-Out is far superior in every way, no contest. #changemymind

The sweetest Manager greeted us at the counter. Sadly they were out of Dr Pepper shakes at the time but the manager was so sweet and nice and helped us order and made it a sweet visit. We will be back to enjoy amazing service again soon.

It was okay. I'm not really a fan of whataburger because too often in the past they've messed up my order. missing something or not giving me what I asked for. they're nice people. Not rude or anything. the store is always clean and seemingly well managed, yet they just can't seem to get my orders correct. So No I'm not really happy with them.

Fries were cold. Had to wait while they made more coffee. They were working on the soft drink machine and it looked nasty, and very dirty. Would have been better not to have done it during the day. Maybe late at night when fewer people were around.

It's becoming hit or miss with food quality. One time burger is hot and fresh, next time it's like it's been sitting for a while along with cold fries. I never get hot fresh fries.

I say, "No mustard, add ketchup and mayonnaise." In my previous order, they took the money for the apple cake but forgot to give the product. This shop needs professional workers now. Working with young people is difficult.

Open 24 hours a day. Great variety of sandwiches to go. Nice customer service; reasonable prices. Clean place, the decor is old fashioned. There's room for improvement. No-contact outside delivery. Sanitizer available, but most importantly, clean floors and restrooms. Great job, guys. Oh, and forgot to mention, handicap tables and restrooms available.
