Came in, ordered food, overly polite cashier with his nails painted takes our order, got 4 meals, 2 adult and 2 kids, asked for a whole sandwich and bowl of soup for my meal, got a choose two (half?) Anyways, it was good but I was still hungry. I asked why they messed up mine and no one offered to fix the order and shrugged me off. It was a nice atmosphere and good food but the tables and seats were nasty. The restrooms needed cleaning too. I saw people standing around laughing and joking but nobody wipes anything down. The windows are grubby too. It’s the same old story in San Angelo, people do NOT clean or fix issues, if there’s an opportunity to do so. Good help is hard to find or nobody knows how to follow up after training. Bla bla bla.. welcome to this town, go eat out and see for yourself.

We visited 10/19/19 for lunch. We were greeted warmly on arrival by the cashier who, realizing it was our first visit, told us to take our time as we looked at the menu board. The restaurant and bathrooms were immaculately clean. While waiting for our order to arrive at our table we noticed the handy online order pick up shelf where we saw several customers quickly and effortlessly retrieve their order and be on their way with no wait. Our food was delicious and the portions were very generous. This location is conveniently on a major thoroughfare beside major grocery and retail shopping. Highly recommend. Will definitely eat here again.

🤢🤮🤢This was me and my wife's first time here. And let me start by saying if you really care, DONT respond to me with some computer generated response. We both know that franchises like yours could care less. The owners probably don't even live here. While I ordered i got service with a 😕instead of service with a smile. Took my order like its my fault....for what?? Anyway the mac & cheese had no flavor and the chicken salad got my wife nauseous🤢 Will not be going back. And save the apology. If you really want to make things right respond with a 📱 # I can call......💩food! Responding to the response: Automated response.....just as I thought. And no I will not do a dam survey! Give me a name and number. Smh
