I can't say that I hate this place because we didn't get to eat here. We had went there and put out name in and was told probably around an hr wait. We waited outside on the back deck and the scenery alone is worth going! We ended up leaving after finding out there were still around 15 others ahead of us. They probably shouldn't have taken our name but nonetheless at least I got to enjoy the view.

The Snow Crab was excellent! My husband enjoyed his ribeye. Yummy lemonade. I like the COVID safety measures...you wait until they let you in, and mask-wearing! Thumbs up!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary after our amazing experience!!!! The Crab Shack was the BEST seafood I have ever had. Not only was the food amazing, the staff was over the top nice and helpful. Patrick was so busy, but took the time to tell us about the place and give us personal recommendations. He went out of his way to show hospitality. We got the snow crab legs and shrimp appetizer - we got our food FAST despite how busy they were. If there’s an hour wait - JUST WAIT! It’s worth the wait by far and that’s why they are so busy. We will be back multiple times this week - thank you Crab Shack!

Parking can be a problem during weekends and holidays. There will probably be a bit of a wait during those times as well
All that aside, the service and food is pretty good. It is a no nonsense seafood place. Dont expect linen napkins or square plates. They serve up classic seafood cooked several different ways.
We will definitely return to the crab shack!

Good service, great seafood. My fried oysters tasted fresh and the fries were good.
The condition of the building was a little off-putting (rusty air conditioner outside) but I can move past that because the food is great. They really need to get the flies under control though. I stopped eating when one landed on my plate multiple times.
Other than those minor hiccups, I would definitely eat here again. The seafood is a good value compared to the quality.

Celebrated my birthday dinner with family here. We were a party of 7. We waited 10-15 minutes at our table without being waited on. Once someone noticed we were still sitting without drinks the staff served us two crab dips on the house, made sure the childrens meals came out first and our food followed very quickly. Each dish was amazing and at least two people wished us a good evening on our way out. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning and recommending The Crab Shack to the rest of my family and all of my friends!!

Updated Review: Went here for dinner while on vacation. The service was fast, friendly and professional. The food I got was not good. I got the fried trout and it was very greasy and full of bones. The fried flounder seemed to be better.
Went here with a party of ten people on a Saturday night. Got seated right away. Server was very friendly and service was fast. The food was good but nothing out standing. The prices and portions seem to be a bit off and need some adjusting. The senior meals and regular meals not much difference in portion size but significant difference in price.

We have been customers for many years and love the place. However, we were quite annoyed to arrive there today to a sign on the door which stated fall hours 5 to 8. It was 1 and we had to leave to head back home. At least if you had updated your website, we would not have driven the 20 miles out of our way for nothing.
