Came in today for a donut break with the kids. Store is really clean and tidy compared to all the other local ones. On top of that, the cashier lady was sooooo nice and professional. She went above and beyond today. I stood there looking at the hot dogs turning on their grill and she comes over and says, what can I get you? While I stood their still deciding she went ahead and called them out “we got quarter pounders for $1, we got this and that and so on.”
You don’t get this kind of service at other sevs.
It really helps decision making when you have all the details and her call outs made it much easier for me to choose.
She should be the local district cashier trainer for all the sevs. Just saying.
This is the best gas station I have ever been too in my life. The customer service is always friendly, fast, and helpful. The store is always stocked and clean, the food is always fresh. The staff get to know you by name, and make you feel always welcome and appreciated. This place embodies the spirit of an old school service station. It’s not just another soulless corporate building to make money.
Ken you did a amazing job running this place ,we are going to miss you but I know Shaun will take good care of this place his such a friendly person an has a amazing work ethic .
This is inarguably the very best run 7-11 around. Ken and his staff are top-notch. Frankly, I don't know how they even find people like who work here - they do such a great job. They all know what they are doing and make a real effort to get you in and out. The store is always VERY clean - inside and out. Really, I don't know what they could do any better than they do.
I never thought I would review a 7-Eleven store, but this place is very special. This is the best gas station I have ever been too in my life. The staff get to know you by name, and make you feel always welcome and appreciated. One time I forgot my wallet, and Ken gave me a tab. This is the best 7-11 you will ever find. The people are friendly, and helpful. It's always clean & stocked with fresh product. They'll make anything fresh for you. If something has been on the grill a bit too long, they'll make you a new one instead of selling old stuff. They always have excellent deals and discounts. This 7-11 should be noted as one of (if not the) best location in the franchise.
It's a little strange for me to rate a convenience store. However, this may be the best 7-11... period. The service is fast and friendly. The store is always clean. The employees actually care about their job (not something you ever see at a convenience store). They have raised the bar for customer service.
It was just a quick stop for drinks. This store has lots of NFL paraphernalia. It was nice to look at all the stuff, even though they didn't have any thing from my team.
MY daughter and I go out of way and pass 3 closer 711's just to go to this location. The staff is so friendly, the store is kept nice and clean and you don't get hussled by panhandlers walking in because they stay on top of loiters. Never thought I would have a favorite gas station but this one is it.
I think this is the best 7-Eleven store that I have ever been it. Helpful and friendly staff, extra clean, best stocked, and greatest selections. Definitely Number 1 in my book. Very secure as well.
I get a coffee from here almost every day. There are actually three other 7-11's that are closer and on my way to work but I go out of my way to stop at this one. The service is remarkable and the store is always clean and well stocked.
