I've been ordering from this Foothill Dr Dominos for the past year since I moved near. They often don't have a delivery driver, and they always call me right away to let me know, which I just go pick it up. Everyone here has always been great! Thank you employees, I notice how hard you are working and clearly understaffed at times.
I didn’t know how much I enjoyed this location until I went to a different one and didn’t have as good of an experience. It does kind of suck to carry the pizza down the stairs but they did give me another bag to hold everything when I asked.
I have only had one bad experience at this location, the rest have been great and always friendly staff when I go in, I would definitely recommend this dominos for your pizza needs.
Going to this Domino's is always a wonderful experience, the crew is helpful and friendly and a joy to be around. Delivery is usually pretty quick. I understand that, like any business, they have their busy days and can't get to me right away. That's fine, I am a repeat customer and I will continue to go to the store because I love the food and the crew is great.
Jessica and her team at the Foothill Domino’s pizza are THE BEST. I drive past several other locations to get pizza here. They are friendly, helpful, and always check to make sure our order is right. Even more impressive, tonight I messed up our order and they could not have been nicer about fixing it for me. Best crew and always a positive experience.
This past weekend I ordered a bunch of pizzas for a church youth activity. The service was excellent and the pizzas were delicious! They worked hard to accommodate our schedule. 5 Stars!
Tim is awesome. The place was busy when I arrived (I recently moved up to SLC from StG), but despite being slammed he was very attentive and polite. If he's like that under pressure, he's a employee to hold on to! Having served as everything from fisher to a manager in a restaurant I understand it's hard to keep one's cool in such situations. 😊 Oh, and great tasting food as with other locations I've been at.
EDIT: Ordered yesterday, and was rather shocked. Jeff and Sam prepared my food and delivered in less than 30 Min, AND I got the order correct. This is definitely a turn for the better.
Original post: I wish I could say they care. Method of cooking seems to vary when they prepare the same dishes. Sometimes the Bread Bites have barely any seasoning on them at all, I have received Chicken Nuggets when I clearly ordered BBQ buffalo wings. That quality check the tracker says happens... is more of a lie with this shop. Now I will give points to them attempting to fix the order. I called the shop up immediately and they rushed a guy out to replace my nuggets, still, there is improvement to be had as other Domino locations in SLC do a far better job.
