Beans are always great and fresh. The best espressos I tried in the last 5 years (both at home and at coffee-shops) were made from Rimini's Perugia Espresso blend.
After having a cup of the Canyon blend at Log Haven in Salt Lake, I had to go in to their store to get more and I was not disappointed. Ask for Miguel when you go in, probably the coolest guy you'll ever buy coffee from.

Excellent quality and taste! A local restaurant where we go serves their coffee. Each time we went we kept saying there is something just so good about their coffee, so we asked the kitchen and they said they purchase a medium roast blend at Rimini. We now frequent Rimini to get our favorite blends to have at home, hot or cold, it’s the best!
These guys are awesome. They really love what they do and will gladly talk with you about all they have. They welcome you into the roasting area and you can poke around. They'll let you smell or taste a certain bean you're eyeballing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I really like their beans and just the experience of going in there. They have good prices too. Better than many other roasters in SLC. There's something for you in there. Oh yeah, they have absolutely the best decaf I've ever had. My wife sometimes has to have half calf espresso and their decaf roast is far and away the most full rich tasting decaf I've ever had.
Rimini is in my blood, or at least after all this time it feels like it is. I have purchased this brand of coffee for companies I've worked for and privately for 20 years. They have always been amazing. The coffee is sublime and the service is top tier. I love Rimini so much. I suggest the Magnificent 7 roast, its heavenly. Shout out to Miguel, who is one of my very favorite humans ever. He is the best, if you know him you know what I am talking about.
Helpful staff, gorgeous space, and the coffee is outstanding. Smooth, clean tasting, not overly acidic or intent on making a statement. What I liked most about La Colombe in the beginning was it tasted like quality, not ego. Rimini Coffee has that similar emphasis on the bean and not on the barista.
This is the best coffee! I was actually allowed to come in the back to see how they roast their beans and talk about fresh!! I usually don't like decaf but Dr wants me to cut back a little on the regular stuff once in awhile. The decaf beans I got from Rimini are wonderful! Very tasty. They have a great selection of roasts. Definitely come in and give them a try. I found out later that they supply several restaurants and eating establishments that I frequent with their coffee!
My relationship started because their coffee is excellent (they have many great varieties), but they have earned my future business because of their service. Just recently, I had one of the best retail experiences in my life at their downtown location. They have an obvious love for coffee and are willing to share their expertise. Highly recommended.

The first roaster I visited in SLC, I was blown away by the selection, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and just great business. Matt helped me pick the best roasts for my taste. Miguel gave me some recommendations for local eats. Above and beyond in every way. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Bravo!
We always get the Baldoria espresso beans for our espresso machine. Hands down the best coffee beans in Salt Lake City. Numerous coffee shops here use their coffee. Also really great people work here. They are always nice and happy to help.
My morning cappuccino is sacred, as most of you can probably relate. I buy whole bean Baldoria, almost exclusively, from Rimini Coffee. These guys take such special care in the roasting process and the beans are always so fresh! I appreciate the times, pre-COVID, that I've been shown a little bit about the roasting process and running an amazing shop like Rimini. Now I can even order online and have delicious, local business supporting, beans delivered right to my door. I highly recommend Rimini Coffee!
