This an awesome place, tidy and clean! The food is amazing!!! The staff is very friendly, I honestly can't say enough positive things about this amazing Peruvian restaurant. Finally we have a restaurant than bring our heritage and food close to us! :)
Highly recommend the ceviche. The staff are very kind and welcoming! 10/10 recommend.
The cerviche mixto is amazing! I came back the next day to have it again. Service is super friendly and the restaurant is really clean. Hands down one of the best Peruvian restaurants in town!
Went in with my friend , all the food is good . The best part we love is AJI sauce 🥰 . We order stir fry rice with seafood and whole fish Fry. Would love to be back .
Another hidden gem of restaurant in Salt Lake City. And after trying many Peruvian restaurants I can honestly say that this is the best of all of them for many reasons. The ceviches are brilliant but the Bistec a lo pobre , Tallarines and Lomo Salteado (both chicken and beef) are the best in town.If we add great service (Emilio is always great!) and the beautiful ambiance , we have a winner. Also ask for Chicha Morada as your drink , it is made in house and tastes like heavenly glory.
¡Viva Perú!
This is delicious Peruvian authentic food. Service is fast and efficient. Super kind staff. Love this place absolutely coming back 🇵🇪 ❤️
Good stuff here. The lomo saltado is tasty with properly cooked meat and deliciously seasoned with plenty of juice to soak the rice and fries in. So good. Real rocoto salsa with a nice kick. Friendly service,
It was dinner, so I'm gonna let the value score slide a little. Overall a tasty place to get that lomo saltado
Great spot for Peruvian food with a fantastic atmosphere and excellent service.
We had the Ceviche Mixto and some Peruvian style fried rice. We were delighted that the food was just like what we ate in Peru and it was very fresh. The medium spice level on the ceviche was perfect for us as it accentuated the seafood without overpowering it, and brought out the sweetness of the fresh citrus and the earthiness of the cilantro.
The music and decor added nicely to the cheerful atmosphere. It felt like a little piece of Peru in SLC.
This is a great hiding treasure for anyone who enjoys Peruvian Food. I felt very welcome by the friendly staff (I met Ruby, the owner) and the food was amazing. I ordered Lomo Saltado and it was delicious.
The place is small but comfortable and I am sure this restaurant it is going to grow and move to a larger place.
Location size is the only reason I am giving it a 4 star review.
It’s a really nice place to go , I ordered the rice and chicken and Maracuyá juice.
The food was amazing and the workers were really nice and attentive, the plates were like a piece of art they looked and tasted very good! I will most definitely be returning.
Amazing Peruvian food in Millcreek!
I had been wanting to try this place for several months after seeing a picture of the pescado en salsa de mariscos. The orange creamy sauce looked divine. Any time I thought of visiting, I dreamed of the taste of that sauce!
EDIT: The owners responded with updated hours and are now staying open later, awesome! Visiting proved difficult, however! The hours here are weird. Closing at 5PM seems super odd. Too early for dinner and too late for lunch. I'm not really certain of their business model there.
The restaurant is located in a strip mall storefront and is quite unassuming. We went shortly after opening and the place reeked of cleaning solution. Thankfully that smell dissipated. The space is well-appointed with cool Peruvian art and images on the walls. The staff were nice, the prices were fair, and the food came out fast.
We tried the passion fruit juice and it was delicious. They served a side of corn kernels which I must admit I did not like. I'll eat anything but I guess I just didn't get it. The hot sauce they served was excellent but I didn't use it on my food based on what I ordered.
We ordered the aforementioned dish, a fish fillet topped with creamy sauce and other seafood with a side of rice. We also ordered the pasta en salsa de mariscos. That was a very similar dish with pasta in place of the fish fillet. Both were excellent, though I should have ordered two options which were more different. The sauce was everything I hoped and dreamed it would be.
