When we came in, we were greeted by someone named Alex. After we got our food and sat down he would occasionally come to check on us and refill our water cups. He even noticed our kids and brought some cookies by them and us. He was very kind and made our experience so great!
My favorite costa vida. I eat here weekly for lunch (sometimes twice a week), and it’s always a great experience. Special shout-out to Vanessa, Alex, and Yesenia for always having smiles on their faces and such great attitudes. It makes a huge difference in a dining experience to be treated so friendly by the staff. I’ve been eating here for a few years now and can always count on them to treat me well, make my food with care, and ask how I’m doing. See you all next week!!! :))

Me and my wife ordered on the app and were waiting for it at a table. Alex came over and insisted he get us some water while we waited. He didn't let us even fill them ouselves. Just a true gentleman and an awesome guy!
I shouldn't say anything but the guy who was making food that night was heavy-handed with the meat, which made my pork quesadilla awesome. Our other family members were like, wow, this is way better than the Costa Vida at home. So thank you, sir. Costa Vida might not be the most elegant or gourmet place, but you can always count on getting what you thought you'd get--or better, in this case. Reliable is good. And, well, the horchata, so...winning. The patio here is good, too. Shaded during the evenings.
Delicious! Everything was made fresh to order and with all the freshest ingredients! The staff was so kind and all of them very friendly, thay all made sure I was happy with my lunch and all my needs taken care of!
They are remodeling the exterior of the store but the inside was clean with NO signs of dust from the construction outside!
I’m a regular at the Foothill location and I placed an online order for lunch and a drink today. The online order app did not allow me to select the flavor of
Jarritos - Mandarin as my drink. My thought was pay for the food online, order and pay for the drink once I arrive, since the app didn’t not let me place my drink order.
When I arrived, the female employee who I see regularly, helped me and I told her about the online drink order and she apologized and said “ the drink is on me today, thank you for your business” she took the initiative to provide superior customer service.
Her customer service and smile makes the Foothill location a 5 star customer experience.
The team is always very helpful and willing to make sure my food stays safe from cross contamination. They never seem confused or annoyed when I ask for it to be gluten free and dairy free. I'm never disappointed with the food quality or service.
Had a great experience today. It was late into the lunch hour, but the line to order wasn’t too bad. My pork burrito was perfect and my daughter loved her cheese quesadilla. My mother in law tried a small salad with the raspberry chicken. Until today, I didn’t know they even had raspberry chicken! I’d like to go back to try it. It looked delicious We topped it all off with a chocolate chip cookie which was so soft and my daughter’s cinnamon tortilla. Service was on par too. Perfect lunch outing today!
Food was good. Service was exceptional. Employee named Alex refilled our drinks, cleared our table, and opened doors for us. He needs a raise.
Beat costa vida I’ve been to hands down! Always created with smiles and positive energy, the staff is super on top of it and kept extremely clean!
