This is the best chocolate I have ever had! We did a chocolate tasting and learned all about chocolate for a girls night birthday party and I highly recommend the experience. AJ is so knowledgeable and fun!

This small shop has the real thing, Chocolate without all the great ingredients processed out. Whenever I visit the city this will be my rest stop. They have drinking chocolate to die for. A clean restroom, seating area upstairs and a tiny parking for a few cars.

First tried chocolate conspiracy at craft lake city in 2017. Everything was so good and the owner mentioned that there was zero animal products used, no milk, minimal sweetness and some other that may seem chocolate that “doesn’t taste like real chocolate.” AJ and his whole crew are so down to earth. This is their retail location and great for gift purchases. we we’re “fan girl-ing” at first site snd haven’t gotten our eye off the price since! Kidding it’s that’s too dramatic but seriously it’s hard to find Chocolate without allergies and so forth.

I drove past this shop so many times and always thought, "I need to stop there!" Today I finally did! This is real chocolate, and it tastes unlike anything I've ever had before. The owner, AJ, was super friendly, and he explained to me the philosophy and process behind their chocolate. This man knows chocolate. Like on the chemical level. He knew exactly where the beans had come from in each of his products, and he was eager to let me sample whatever chocolate I wanted, not hesitating to grab a truffle from the rack and cut off a piece for me to try (and I never even asked to sample anything, he just whipped out a sample of anything I inquired after). He explained to me why their dark chocolate wasn't as bitter as other brands, and when I tried the 75-80% dark piece he gave me, it was indeed not bitter. The whole experience was just so unexpectedly delightful. It tastes so REAL, like what I imagine chocolate should taste like. I will definitely return to this shop. Also, since this is REAL chocolate, it costs what it's worth, which is more than a Hershey's candy bar. I thought the prices were appropriate, but some may balk at spending two bucks on a truffle. It's worth every cent.

I love everything about this business. Their chocolate is truly amazing. This place has an original and fun atmosphere and the owners have a true passion for what they do. This is the perfect gift for that chocolate lover in your life. Wonderful people and top notch products across the board. Check them out!

The chocolate is world class. There's more than our share of world class chocolatiers in Utah. Although you can get the bars here, that's not the reason to come. The bars are available at the local Harmon's and other fine stores. The truffles aren't. They are worth the visit. Although I was too full to try the drinking chocolate, it looks, and smells, worth the trip.

Completely worth the $10 cost of the tour to experience the art behind artisan chocolate and the love it takes to create something so beautiful. It was the best chocolate I have ever had, made even sweeter considering the care and dedication they take to ensure they use natural and pure, fair trade ingredients. The flavors are some of the most incredibly tasting and unique I have ever seen or tasted; cinnamon, Cheyenne and cracked black pepper; sea salt and lime, blackberry and ginger, American chai, with my favorites being the simple dark, and the mint chip. The flavors were just so pure and the natural, healthy, and wholelistic aspects make it all that much better.

The truffles are amazing! And they make a lot of different flavors. Go for those! The bars are bit of an acquired taste, just a little different than typical since are not roasted at all.

I visited The Chocolate Conspiracy as part of their immersive production "Thank You Theobromine". I was able to sample a lot of different chocolates that they make here, and was delighted by how much better it was than your everyday chocolate. I can't wait to go back.
