Delicious! Definitely one of my faves in Utah. I always order from them through DoorDash whenever I’m in Salt Lake. I love their teriyaki chicken, very flavorful & juicy! The 3combo is huge. So if you like rice, don’t fret they send a lot of rice. I highly recommend this place! 👍🏻
I got the best seller teriyaki chicken and a regular plate with kalua pork and pulehu chicken. Everything was delicious and portions are huge. Each order is enough food for two meals. The macaroni salad is very rich.
I did not know it was possible to get such a large portion of food (especially at this price) before coming to Mo’ Bettahs! We got the ‘Ekolu with chicken katsu, teriyaki steak, and kalua pig and it was honestly enough food for 3 or 4 people! I personally liked the chicken katsu most but the steak and pork were also delicious. Very generous portions of sides too - the cabbage slaw base was a great refreshing complement to the heavy meat and carbs. Wish I lived close enough to come back again!
Portions were great. Don’t get me wrong it was a lot of food but it could’ve been a lot better. That’s not to be unexpected when you turn something good into a chain. You sacrifice quality for quantity. Still decent but over if I’m going to pay that much I’d rather go somewhere where the value can’t be questioned.
Another fantastic eating experience in Salt Lake City!!! This Hawaiian BBQ is the Bomb!!! I got the Katsu and Teriyaki Chicken and it was fabulous! I'm not a big fan of the Hawaiian macaroni salad but the stuff here definitely changed my mind. Have to thank my buddy Eric for this one.

A few of the other Utah chains have started to go downhill, but I don't feel that Mo' Bettahs has. They still deliver an excellent variety of meats which are delicious and consistent. The prices are super fair, especially given that the mini is still a full meal. I really enjoy the Katsu chicken and the kahlua pork, but you can't go wrong with any of the meats. The drinks seem a bit overpriced but the meats seem like good deals. The store is clean, service is quick, and employees are friendly.
It was like going back to Maui to eat Hawaiian BBQ. The Teriyaki Mix was amazing!!!
The food is fabulous! Especially when you're feeding a large crowd. I'm never disappointed. Thank you for the deliciousness and great staff that serves it!
Got takeout for the first time and WOW the teri beef and chicken dish is good. I got the mini and I've been working on it for 2 days now. They forgot my dressing and extra sauce, but I'll go back. The meat is really tasty and juicy. Pleasantly surprised; will be back.
Evening was delicious! I loved the macaroni salad mixed with the cabbage salad, but the chicken was def my favorite!!! It was cooked to perfection, juicy and covered in one of the tastiest teriyakis I’ve had!
