Fantastic sushi spot, very authentic vibe I'm getting from this place. The ambiance is quaint and very zen. Service down with a smile and have that attentiveness character about them. The cusine however is the true star here, phenomenal quality and taste, with presentations that were done with thoughtfulness n artistry. I was more than satisfied and will certainly return when I'm back visiting
This was some of the best sushi I have ever had. Had the toro nigiri which was amazing. Then we had a Heaven Roll, UK roll, and Atomic Bomb roll. They we all amazing. My oldest son went with the Teriyaki Chicken bento box and said it was great. The service was amazing. From the outside this doesn't look like much, but it's incredible.
I literally have never been disappointed by Chopfuku.
Chopfuku has my favorite roll I’ve ever had, the toro roll. (Definitely give this a try).
Every time I go everything is always immaculate, it’s fun and cute inside, the employees are extremely friendly and caring, and I constantly crave their food all the time. From the sushi tacos, to the speciality rolls, the sashimi & nigiri, it’s all so fresh and the flavors they create are amazing. I’m dying to try the Omakase, which is next on my bucket list. I got to-go today and even the takeout orders are just as tasty & pretty as if I was eating in (they even put it on an ice tray to keep it all fresh since I took a while to pick it up). Their presentation of their food never fails.

Genuinely the best sushi in the city, consistently delicious, fairly priced, extravagant and creative rolls, beautiful plating, cool/artsy atmosphere, and a passionate sushi chef.
If I could eat here every week, I would.
Hands down the best sushi restaurant in Utah. We have been coming here since 2019. We have now recruited all friends and family to love Chopfuku. The Texas, and Hot Mama are my favorite rolls. 🍣The dinner meals are delicious if you don’t love sushi. But if you think you don’t love sushi, try it here!!

The presentation matches the flavors of the sushi, amazing. You can tell they thought about the rolls, they are more creative than most other places and they are delicious. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the place is chic and worked out, perfect date spot, good service, will come back. They even left a beautifully peeled, bright and tasty orange with the bill as a digestive, what a detail!
Nice place. It's cute and the food is good! The staff were friendly and the food got out very quickly. Had several different people drop off the food. Don't know if they were the creators or not. Everything we had was incredible in the end though. We went an extra step to get Sushi as it is a sushi bar. We got the angry bird roll and it was incredible. I thought my bento box was great, but the sushi topped it.
Was in town for work and decided to try it out. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied. Ended up getting the Idaho roll and the Heaven roll. The Idaho was one of their deep fried rolls. The roll was fresh, crunchy and had a delicious creamy sauce with just a hint of a kick. The Heaven was a good contrast with a burst of bright lemony flavor. Portion sizes were perfect and only had to wait 10 minutes from walking in the door to food in my hand. I only wish that I could bring the whole restaurant back home with me. Would love to keep trying all the different options.
Absolutely delicious food. We ordered the Dragon Balls to start, my friend ended up ordering a second order. The Tower of Pisa was 🤤. We’ll 100% be back
A year later and this place has become my favorite sushi place in Utah. Even when the power is out, they make it work and still deliver amazing food ❤️
This is my favorite sushi spot in the valley. Great sushi rolls and appetizers with a menu that’s more diverse than most of the other spots. Rolls tend to be a dollar or two cheaper as well with no sacrifice in quality. Service is excellent and friendly. Check out the Best in the Box roll, delicious! 😋
