Massive 20 inch thin crust pizzas are unparalleled. Honest ingredients. Truthful to being an authentic pizza. Meatballs are massive. Could have a wider beer selection but still giving it a 5 star. Great service. Just a good time!

We found this gem on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Definitely worth the visit. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food with plenty of gluten-free options for those with diet restrictions. Being downtown, parking can be a bit of an issue, but the experience is worth the trouble. Also, if visiting during peak times, reservations should be considered.

Friendly wait staff. Pleased with the recommendations for the pomegranate mule (Five Wives Heavenly Vodka, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, Ginger Beer, Fresh Lime Juice and a Lime), so delicious! Many TVs with sports related games, tournaments, commentary. We watched the Yankees baseball game (they won!!!) and women's warm up to Scotish Open golf.

The food was sooooo good! We tried a bit of everything and all of it was amazing! The only issue I had with this place was the way they seat/take a reservation. They do not take reservations over the phone so you have to go in. When I got in the restaurant was 1/2 empty. The hostess asked how many we said 5, she them said it would be a 45 min wait. I asked why... She said she called the other parties before us and she has to give them each 15 mins before she can move on to the next in line. We said ok and left. We were not going to go back but I left my jacket, so we went back. It was about 10 mins later and the hostess asked what our name was and seated us instantly. The only thing that makes sense is everyone had the same thought process we did and just went elsewhere. Kinda stupid!!! But amazing food0!!! The New York cheese pizza was the best!

Great food and service in an older building atmosphere, loved the pizza , New York style, dough was awesome, also like the mushrooms stuffed with Italian sausage, one of the best stuffed mushrooms I have had , good service, but bar and area around seemed dirty , soda carbination was off , liked the food but I feel a remodel or cleaning needs done , thank you!

By day, a diner serving old-world Italian fare. By night, a club, where the most commonly-worn attire is a leopard-print dress. We showed up at 11A and the line was starting to form. But not to worry, there were plenty of seats for everyone. The Philly Cheesesteak is probably my favorite menu item (with fries, of course...they're lightly battered!) --get it with American cheese and Cheese Whiz! You'll also need to try the stuffed mushrooms -- unless you're lactose intolerant, because they are the yummiest, cheesiest tid-bits! And you'll need an order of the mussels! btw... they serve Fat Boy Pizza, and I've never even made it that far into thre menu. Philly + fries + mussels + stuffed mushrooms + any cocktail ❤

Service is generally terrible and staff can be rude but their food makes up for the their inability to fill water glasses and conversate. The pizza is amazing and their fries are in my top 10 favorite.

I ordered the wings while I was here and fully enjoyed them. Cool looking place to catch the game and some grub. The pizza looked good and I will be back to grab a slice or two. We went during the lunch hour and was pleased with the service with no long waits, and the staff was nice.

It is amazing that you can order custom slices of pizza. The size was big, but not as big as I expected. I had 2 and it was not enough. Next time I'll have to order 4. One of my friends ordered wings and they were sitting on the kitchen for a long time. They were very cold by the time they served them.

Maxwell's Little Bar is a fantastic neighborhood spot for delicious food and drinks! I moved into the building housing this pub and love it!
The staff are so welcoming and friendly plus getting to meet my new neighbors in a relaxing open space has been great. It's definitely worth checking out!

Visited Maxwells on 4/23/19. Had the Bruschetta and Chicken Parmigiano. Both were excellent and the Bruschetta was the best that I've ever had.

I love going to Maxwell's, SLC. The food and service is ALWAYS amazing. The staff is very welcoming and happy to be there. One of my favorites on the menu is the "Goodfellas"pizza. The crust is crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings work beautifully together. But you cannot go wrong in ordering one of their homemade pasta dishes. The Gnocchi with their creamy pesto sauce is bomb!

Pizza by the slice isn't really worth it. They just add a few toppings on top and heat the slice up. They didn't even add cheese on top of the toppings. Very sloppy presentation.

Worst experience ever!!! The pizza came out way over cooked and service was beyond slow!!! And even after complaining the food was over cooked the manager wouldn’t even come over to rectify the situation and just tried discounting the meal. I didn’t need a discount I wanted them to know they had problem in the kitchen.

This place didn't honor a gift certificate! Our waiter was so slow and not helpful at all with gift certificate situation. No refills with our drinks, and just laughed when we were leaving. We just wanted a nice night to celebrate a birthday and all we got was awful service and no help. We are never going here again, gift certificate or not. I do not recommend this place.

Try the mushroom chicken mushroom (with penne instead of spaghetti). So delicious. Our server seemed stressed but she was super accurate with each request from food to drink. There was also a live band. The guy had an amazing voice. It was a great experience.

4 us went for lunch and expected more for the price. The waitress was nice and friendly, but the service was slow. 1 drink was wrong and we had to ask for napkins and silverware while our food sat in front of us waiting. Most likely won’t go back unfortunately
