Really interesting and tasty dishes -- there were ingredients and components that I would never have in my day-to-day because I'm not a huge fan, but Table X managed to make the flavors all work together. We did a 7-course with non-alcoholic drink pairing and the drinks were really well thought out and unique as well. Great service and attention to detail. Spacing of the food was also good. Sources of the food are on the menu and the server will also let you know where ingredients are from as the plates arrive. Overall had a fantastic experience and will definitely return!

Fantastic food. 7 course tasting menu with creative dishes. The menu changes often. I think for me it's just slightly too much food but it is all delicious and ultimately hard to resist. My one complaint- I went twice in the span of 3 weeks and the 2nd dessert didn't quite hit the mark but other than that everything was excellent (the pasta dishes were both incredible). It took us about 2 hours for our dinner which feels about right (although my European stomach would prefer 2.5 hours) . Staff was great. The atmosphere is relaxed but ambiance is elevated which makes for a wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoyed myself. Also, definitely make reservations. We went mid/late week and the place was quite full both times.

Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here and it was exquisite! The food was amazing. We did the seven course tasting and each person that served us was professional. They truly knew the ingredients in each of the wines and the food. They have their own garden and use a lot of fresh ingredients in their meals. It was amazing to dine this way. Also the butterscotch pudding was one of my favorite desserts I've ever had. Because of this visit, we are now looking into trying chef tastings at other locations to see if we can have a similar experience. Whenever we are in salt lake we will be back to eat here. It was perfect for us.

Delicious food that is for a sophisticated palate. Each course was full of flavor and complex tastes. Their sourdough bread and fermented butter was fantastic! So much that we had to order bread to go to eat at home later.
Service and staff were great and the spacing of time between each course was perfect. I love the description of each course as they presented it and that the menu was left on the table to know what was coming next and to see what vendors they use locally. I admired they added an additional required tip to support their staff. Honorable to mention the struggle within the restaurant industry to help make more people aware.
The restaurant has a more open modern rustic design. This was my only thing that wasn’t my favorite. I wish they had more private booths as opposed to open small tables. It felt a little more informal for the incredible food you eat there.
Definitely recommend going. Perfect place to celebrate any occasion or just to enjoy fine quality food with delicious fresh ingredients from local vendors.

A phenomenal experience! We did the 7-course tasting with the respective pairing. Favors were great and the amount of food was decent. Service was very attentive and the staff were also went above and beyond to show me around the restaurant space and back garden. Highlights for me were the bread, pasta, fish, and steak. Do not be afraid to ask for more bread, it is delicious. The space is a converted warehouse with heaps of charm. I would definitely dine here again when I’m in SLC again.

My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary here. We were both thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and service. So many local ingredients, even from the private garden out back. Flavors were really thought out and combined in an artistic way.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
Very expensive even without alcohol but the kitchen staff works hard to bring out 5-7 beautiful courses so it’s worth it.

A Gastronomic Masterpiece - Table X Delivers an Unforgettable Experience!
I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the extraordinary seven-course tasting menu with wine pairing at Table X, and I can confidently say that it was a culinary journey like no other. From the impeccable service to the impeccable flavors, Table X exceeded all expectations and left me in awe.
The seven-course tasting menu was a true testament to the culinary genius of the chefs at Table X. Each dish was a harmonious blend of flavors, textures, and artistic presentation. From the tantalizing amuse-bouche to the divine dessert, every course was a delightful surprise that kept me eagerly anticipating the next.

The sommelier expertly selected each wine, ensuring that it perfectly complemented the flavors and enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. The carefully curated pairings elevated the tasting menu to new heights, creating a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate with each sip and bite.
Now, let's talk about the Baja Striped Bass - an absolute standout! The delicately cooked fish was a true revelation. The moist, tender flesh and crispy skin were a joy to savor. The flavors were perfectly balanced, allowing the natural sweetness of the fish to shine through. The accompanying elements were meticulously chosen, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that elevated the dish to new heights. The Baja Striped Bass was a true highlight of the tasting menu and a testament to the chefs' expertise in seafood preparation.
Table X's commitment to sourcing the freshest, local ingredients was evident throughout the entire dining experience. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were unparalleled, adding depth and complexity to each dish. This is a 10 out of 5 stars. I don't think we could find someplace in SLC that would out do Table X.
I'm sure the experience would be amazing at the standard tables but it was a whole different experience sitting at the chefs table. We watched the Chef, Sous chef and the others cooking work like a well oiled machine. The food stood on its own 100% and was elevated by the artistic plating of each and every element of each and every dish. All placed carefully and with thought. The food was delicious and obviously thought through. Each dish complemented the previous. I went with the non alcoholic drink pairing which was like a secondary adventure that went hand in hand with the food. I can't rave enough about the food.
The service was phenomenal. The whole team working to create an experience that brought everything together. Our main server Jay was wonderful along with the rest of the front of house. Each person cared for us as their own.
When I booked our reservation, I was like dang that's a great price for the 7 course meal. After experiencing it, I would have paid triple and not batted an eye.
This is definitely more than a restaurant. It's a dining experience that keeps the excitement of kitchens, service and food alive in people like myself. It made me almost miss working in the industry.
If you haven't been here or sat at the chefs table for a night, run! don't walk, to book this.

We brought a bachelorette party to this restaurant and it was amazing food and service. David was our server and made the experience even better. We did the 7 course meal with the wine pairing and walked away VERY full! Top tier experience, we highly recommend. Also, the mocktails were great too! Extremely accommodating.

Third year in a row coming here for our anniversary, and we've moved away from SLC last year. The tasting menu always changes, and it's always reaching for new things. I'm always pleasantly surprised at every dish except the bavette steak. If you're going for that, then it's rather good, but genuinely experience the other dishes. Some will surprise you if they are items you don't usually have.

Elegant eatery that continues to serve with fun and character.
Food: great experience having the 5 course tasting menu. From the amus bouche to the dessert, everything was really well balanced. I especially loved the bass and the lemon verbena carrots (from the restaurants personal garden). The bass was not fatty and it had a great crispy skin. Paired well with the chickpea bread (made in house at their bakery I assume). The light zing of the accompanying ingredients to the carrots was a fun experience. Only thing I could’ve seen being different was the sauce for the steak; it was a tad overwhelming and took over too much.
Service: incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. I love that the staff can definitely maintain their character versus being stuffy and stiff. Never got an air of pretentiousness.
Ambience: really nice! The booths are especially nice and I would try to get one of those - great for a company outing, date, or special event. People were there celebrating a birthday. Another table was out for an anniversary. Great stop for both. It would be cool if they dimmed the center row of lights for a heightened ambiance. Seemed pretty bright.

Overall, Affordable tasting menu. Solid spot worth stopping for a special occasion as a local or making a pit stop if you’re visiting Salt Lake City as a tourist.

Delicious, very well plated and balanced. I had the 7 course and it did not disappoint! The wines paired with it were a great accompaniment. Highly, highly reccomend this dining experience! Our server and his assistant were top notch! Very knowledgeable, super friendly and definitely made the meal that much more enjoyable!

Exceptional! Came here for our anniversary. Try the 7 course. Non-alcoholic drinks were good. They need more meat courses. I haven't eaten this many veggies, ever 😆. For the price, they could have done a better job with the anniversary plate.

Definitely a five star restaurant! Chic atmosphere with incredible food! They have a garden and hive in the back that they use daily! Your pallete will thank you! Worth the price and the wine pairing was in full vibrance. Micky our server was the best!

My boyfriend and I went here for his birthday and the entire experience was 12/10. I cannot accurately express what an amazing time we both had! The food was phenomenal, the drinks were delicious, the service and staff were absolutely delightful and the atmosphere was lovely. The experience is 100% worth the price. Honestly, I wish I were richer and could've tipped 100%. I also wish I had personally told the chefs how incredibly talented they are! We were raving about the entire experience the whole time we were there, as well as the entire drive home, and again the next morning. We were beyond impressed and had so much fun trying all of the unique and fresh tasting flavors. And again, the people were delightful as well(: Thank you for the truly magical experience.

Table X is a unique dining experience. The menu changes at least weekly in order to provide the freshest seasonal ingredients in every meal. You have your choice of a 5 or 7 course menu, with a vegetarian option if desired. You can also purchase an accompanying alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage course meant to compliment the meal. Each course was carefully prepared using locally produced food whenever possible. The one staple is the house made sourdough bread with house cultured butter. Both were scrumptious! We ordered the nonalcoholic beverage course since it is so rare to find. The drinks were tasty and unique, like a rhubarb spritzer and mushroom (yes, mushroom) shrub. For foodies that want to be surprised and delighted at every visit, Table X is a must!

What a delightful, tasting experience! The staff was extremely nice, and dinner was not rushed, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the food and company. The atmosphere seemed trendy, and comfortable, no need to dress fancy if you don't want to. Each course was full of tasteful flavor combinations, and all of the drinks (wine, cocktails, non-alcoholic fancy drinks) were worth every sip. The decaf coffee was perfect with dessert. Will definitely be back!

Had a truly fantastic evening at Table X. We both enjoyed the seven-course meal with the non-alcoholic drink pairings. Everything was beautifully prepared, perfectly timed, plated, excellently, and the service was well done. Highly recommend this spot, and serious kudos to the professionalism and creativity of the kitchen staff.
Jeni Owen
We opted for a vegetarian, 5-course chef sampler menu with 3 wine pairings, and it was phenomenal! The winter squash w/curried yogurt was my favorite, but all dishes (Intermountain gourmet mushrooms, Jerusalem artichokes, vegetarian steak) were excellent. The amuse-bouche and “receipt treats” were icing on the proverbial cake. Highly recommend for foodies and special occasions.

Loved the food and our server Rikki. She made our anniversary delightful. The food is reminiscent to the options I was accustomed to in LA which we were very happy about. Every plate has its own unique taste and flavor which I simply enjoyed.

Every time I go to Table X, I am so satisfied with the robust and interesting flavors that I experience. This place is so delicious and the service is great too! I highly recommend this place!

Last night we celebrated my wife's birthday and it was one of our best dinners ever. We have eaten at some very nice places around the world and this we rate amongst the best of the highest Michelin Star or Zagat rated. Having been in the restaurant industry for some time now, I was greatly impressed. The staff, the building, decor, the Chefs, the local ingredients to make the courses, the artistry, presentation, everything was literally fantastic! We couldn't have made anything better and we very much look forward to returning soon and would recommend to anyone wanting a contemporary/modern dining experience without the "uppity" feel of most restaurants of a comprable status! Truly a most memorable evening. Thank you!
Alex Heitlinger
Wow! Really outstanding meal. Did the tasting menu and everything was amazing. Portions were exactly right so you felt satisfied but not over-full. Perfectly balanced flavors, nice mix of surprise and nostalgia, and the service was excellent and very well-paced. Probably the single best dining experience I’ve had in Utah.
Tami Hansen
I had to idea this place existed and found out about it by word of mouth. The atmosphere and architecture was amazing, but more importantly, the staff and quality of food and service was excellent.
Jeff Halpin
This was one of the most incredible dining experiences of my life. I have been spoiled by many a 5 Star establishment in Las Vegas. Spago, Fellini's, Andre's ,Gallagher's just to name a few. However, They could not hold a candle to the unearthly dining experience my friend and I (who happens to be a fine food expert) experienced last Saturday at this amazing gem. We experienced the Chefs tasting menu. We were seating directly in front of the kitchen at the viewing station (much like sitting at a sushi bar ) within you view all of the dishes being prepared and are offered a detail description of the impeccable ingredients and how they have been prepared. The collaboration and synergy of these 3 chefs that graduated from the same culinary school and lived as roommates while attending is absolutely palpable as you observe the "flow" of the kitchen.
We spoke with Chef Nick and Chef David at length about their philosophies and personal vision. Their inspiration and mission are extraordinarily unique and refreshing. Ingredients are hand selected from several local growers and or grown directly onsite in the organic garden in the rear. Unseasonable vegetables are persevered and stored onsite.
Our personal server..."Rikki" was incredibly knowledgeable and congenial beyond any service you will ever experience in Utah. We were whisked away on an incredible culinary journey that we will return to over and over. This is by far one of the finest, unpretentious fine dining experiences I have ever had. I will be back shortly...hungry for more.
Thank You Chefs Nick, David and Mike for your amazing creations!

Well where should I begin??? Fabulous staff...beautiful and inviting space. The food is incredible. Just no putting to words how fresh and flavorful they all are. Such creativity...this is a permanent new place for us to be. So GOOD!!!!
Jonathan Miles
Fantastic dining experience! The food is worth every penny. The main course was delicious (I had the pork), but I especially enjoyed the sourdough bread at the start and the pecan tart we had for dessert. The service was great, and I appreciated some time for conversations between courses. We'll definitely be back.

Started out good, 12 people in our party. Ordered the steak and literally had 2 bites and the rest was all fat and grizzle.
So disappointed to go to a place with high reviews and get such a poor cut of beef.

Great service. Delicious food. Best fennel salad I’ve had. The cocktails looked super interesting. Wish I could’ve tried them all. But good reason to keep going back.
Michael Talbot
Very good food, good service, but extremely uncomfortable chairs!

The chefs of REDkitchen have prepared their delicacy's for us now on two occasions. The first was a spin on traditional Thanksgiving dinner, which they prepared for 40 of our guests. We really challenged them and they met and exceeded the challenge. The food was amazing and our guests were wowed! The second was a 5 course Winter's Farmers Market tasting that was a vegetarian's delight! The unique flavors and creative presentation were very impressive. We will be hiring them for events in the future and recommend them highly for anyone who love's food and has an appreciation for unique tastes!

The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and deft execution on display in the kitchen and in the dining room create a truly memorable experience.
