My recent dining experience at Lucky H (Little America) was elevated to new heights thanks to the outstanding service provided by Taina. I hosted our annual Christmas Dinner for our team at Kourageous Vision and from the moment we were seated until the last bite of dessert, Taina demonstrated a level of professionalism and attentiveness that deserves recognition.
She approached our table with a warm and genuine smile, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Throughout the meal, Taina paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we were comfortable What truly stood out was Taine's ability to strike the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our time together without feeling rushed.
In reflection, the stellar service provided by Taina significantly contributed to the overall success of our evening at Lucky H at Little America.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The steaks are a little on the thin side and slightly tough. Not sure if that is just a post COVID supplier issue or not, so I would probably try them again at another time. Fries we're great. The ice cream was a nice touch.
This local restaurant in Salt Lake City surprisingly good. The menu had some really good options. You can choose between steak, seafood, burgers, chicken, salads, and soup. The entrees also come with ice cream. That was a nice treat. While it’s not the highest quality food, it was satisfactory. Located inside the Little America Hotel, it’s a good option for downtown SLC dining.
The service and food was amazing! Our waitress,(can't remember her name), was so kind and helped us get my mom a hot meal to her room after having cancer surgery. She went above and beyond. Mom loved her meal. Thank you!
The atmosphere, the food, the waitresses/waiters are excellent. The bar was nice and clean. We will definitely come back again. The experience here was incredible. Thank you for treating our family well! If I had to list a downside to the experience was that desert was a bit underwhelming and the amount of food provided was wasteful.

Came here for lunch on my birthday as a special treat from my grandmother.

While it is not hard to find Little America, it can be tricky to find the actually restaurant with no prior knowledge. I ended up asking concierge where the restaurant was. Come to find out, it is in the back of the main building.

Honestly, the price was a little steep for my liking, but that is what they are known for is the quality and high price, so I can't be too upset about the price.
PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5
The food was amazing. I'm not sure if they typically change their food up or not, but I ate roast beef, shrimp, salad, rice, salmon, and a cookie.

I can tell you they don't do anything special for birthdays, as my grandmother mentioned it was my birthday, and all they did was wish me happy birthday.
EMPLOYEES - 5
The employees were friendly, and I think every single one of them were from another country, well I take that back, the guy that handed us the bill I think was from the Salt Lake Valley. They were all professional dressed as well.

We really enjoyed our Mother's Day Dinner at the Buffet here at Lucky H Bar & Grille.
Here are some things to consider logistically regarding the dinner buffet...
1. The price per adult was $55 and that included everything (drinks etc.) I'm pretty sure alcoholic beverages are extra but we didn't order any of these.
2. The reservation process online was easy to use and easy to update when we needed to add another person to our group.
3. I got a very friendly text from the hostess prior to our arrival so they could plan for our party as we had some children.
This process was awesome and made for a stress-free night out with our family.
Now regarding the food and price. The food was good, some of it amazing and the portion sizes were great. The meat carver gave my husband a very large piece of prime rib, which made him very happy. I would probably rate the food closer to a 4.5 or 4 buy my members who dined with me would disagree. My main complaint is regarding the variety of choices as there is only one cold line of food and one hot line of food. For the price, I think one more set of options would be good. Also, some of the food needed seasoning: salt.
The service was fabulous they brought us refills and took empty plates promptly. They were friendly as well.
Overall, it was a great evening and I'd definitely consider returning for another special occasion in the future.
Amazing food and great service. The prime rib was the most tender meat I've ever eaten. The rolls had flavor, a nice crisp on the outside and tender in the middle. My server was very attentive.
My husband and I were on a road trip and happened to stay at the hotel on our way to Colorado, we loved it so much we made this our stop on way back. Buffet is great, our waitress was very attentive and extremely helpful w choices ect. The prime rib is EXCELLENT! Can actually cut it w a fork. Dessert choices were limited BUT. Everything we tried we loved, crème brûlée, cheesecake, and eclairs. If you are in the area or staying at The Little America Hotel, ( which I Highly recommend) definitely give the buffet a try , you will not be disappointed!
