Always amazing service but even better food. The entire menu overhaul from top to bottom is extraordinary. Seasonal changes which lead you to picking something new almost each time you come. You won’t find any other fine dining restaurant in Utah that offers more locally (or regionally) produced & s
We were given a gift card to come here for my birthday, and it was amazing. Our waiter was so helpful with recommendations for food and drink, and was able to provide so much background information. He really made the night extra special. We loved everything we got, getting the rolls, to the desert.
Last night my husband and I had the opportunity to dine here with two other couples. The service was wonderful and our waiter was so informative and attentive. The food was so delicious. 2 of us enjoyed the almond crusted halibut, it lacked in flavor for me but my friend thoroughly enjoyed it. My gi
Very good food. Unique menu with items you can't find in other places. Service was okay - waiter indifferent and flirting with other wait staff. Place looks nice but brightly lit like a cafeteria. Turn the lights down a bit!
Love our dinner here. They were so pleasant and the service was great. We shared several dishes and they brought each already split and plated separately. We had the goat cheese to start. The Caesar and venison steak. Everything was excellent. The drinks were great too! I had a whiskey sour.
Our server tonight was one of the best parts of the night. He was so knowledgeable of the menu and offered amazing recommendations. Our dessert was free for my birthday and honestly the whole meal start to finish was a 10/10. Being a chef myself I can see the time and care they take to curate their
This restaurant was beautiful just to sit in, but the food, service, and atmosphere took it over the top for me. They do have some seasonal options, so if you've been before go back and check out some of the other menu items.
Had breakfast brunch New Year’s Day morning. We had the apple French toast with cinnamon butter and a Carmel glaze. It was really good. It was rich to eat it all but tasted good. We also got the Bambara breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon is absolutely delicious.
The brunch entrees we ordered were amazing. Make sure you get the coffee cake as a side dish. It melts in your mouth. The condolence casserole entree is a fun take on Utah funeral potatoes. We will definitely be back.
For being a “hotel” restaurant it is quite good! Their dinner menu looks well thought out and I ordered the chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was quite delicious as well as the Mac n cheese. My only complaint is that my Mac doesn’t look nearly as creamy as some others have captured in re
While not the place to go for a cheap meal, this is a spot where you know the kitchen staff are putting so much time into every meal brought to a patient. I had the winter thyme margarita, prosciutto beignets, and gnocchi. This gnocchi was TO DIE for.
This was the best place we've been in a long time. The cheese board was excellent, the wagyu fat roasted potatoes were incredible, and the tomahawk was UNBELIEVABLE. The dessert was great too. From beginning to end it was all good. The service was just as good as all the food. Bowers was o
The food was amazing and the whole dining experience was very lovely. The dishes were served in a timely manner and the portions were good. It gave my husband and I a chance to talk while nibbling till the mains came. Our entrees were plate licking good. The hotel recommended we try this place and I
Great place! Very accommodating and knowledgeable about alternatives for gluten-free. Waiting staff was also awesome! Open table said there were no reservation available but went anyway and our group of 3 got a table almost immediately. Second time, made a reservation for 6 and was able to change to
