Pizza Hut

Bought three large pizzas online and went to pick them up… First time ordering from this location… These were THE WORST pizzas I’ve ever gotten from any Pizza Hut… Very skimpy amount of toppings on 5 slices of each 8 slice pizza… All three pizzas were equally bad… Original pan pizza crust was under cooked on all three… Had to buy three substitute pizzas from a different pizza restaurant to feed my family… In store staff was terrible! Walked up from parking lot to two employees hanging out, talking, blocking the walkway just outside the front door… Inside employee walking around with pants falling down, low on his hips, with his red underwear showing… Cashier left register station and went to help box other pizzas without washing his hands first… Didn’t address me before boxing other pizzas, although my order was sitting in the warmers… If I had not already paid for pizzas online, and driven so far, I would’ve walked out on this place… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE at the THE WORST PIZZA HUT I’ve ever visited in forty years… Will NEVER GO BACK to this location…

Last Wednesday we went to pick up a large 3 topping pizza. The hamburger was mostly on one side. There were about 3 pieces of onion. The mushrooms ordered on one side were there. The mushrooms were chewy and I wondered about them. I spent most of the next day in the bathroom. I ended up throwing out the left overs. My name is wrong (Regina) there and I always say that is NOT my name. No one ever changes it so when I go there I become Regina. I was so disappointed that I probably will not go back.

I waited for over a hour and a half on a delivery I was charged for. Two sick children at home to find out “we don’t have any drivers.” No phone call no nothing, I just assumed I would be getting my food. Not the case! Very upset! Also told it will take 2-5 days for my card to be refunded. Unacceptable!!

Tonight I made an order on the app at 5:10 for delivery. When the order went through it showed an estimated delivery of 5:55. I was okay with that. At 6:50 I called to cancel my order. After being hung up on 3 times before I was actually able to speak to someone, I finally got through. The guy said there was a 2 hour delivery timeline. He was kind and did say they would cancel the order and refund my card. Just now, while typing this at 8:36, a delivery guy just came with my order. Delivery guy was very apologetic and kind as well. I do hope I am not charged. I understand short staff issues and am not upset about the problem. I just wish the app was accurate or the store would reach out to tell the real story on the timeline. I could have made other arrangements.

Great customer service. I really enjoyed the establishment! It was clean and well kept. I received a coupon from my Sprint Rewards App for free 8 piece bone out wings. When I couldn’t order online, I went to the store and they were able to help me out! Great wings by the way! I’m not a huge Pizza Hut fan but I was impressed with this location! Also I found a dime on the ground so that was awesome!
