Hardee's

I stopped in just a few minutes ago, I could see they’re understaffed just like my work. We didn’t mind waiting. The cashiers and the girls that were begging was so sweet! Even gave us extra! We could see they were working there tail off! They even wished us a happy Mother’s Day! Made us feel welcome! Definitely will come back here any day if the week if that team was working together all again on the same shift too sweet!

I go to Hardee's often but only for their amazing breakfast. This specific Hardee's is pretty slow, and from my most recent purchase the entire incident went horribly wrong. For starters I sat at the speaker for approximately no exaggeration for no less the 5 mins. This Hardee's doesn't have a cover to prevent you from getting wet when it's raining outside, so since it was raining that morning and I was on a scooter I got completely soaked. Only to get to the window already wet and freezing, just to wait another 3 to 5 minutes for the lady to tell me sorry cash only our card readers aren't working correctly at the moment. And of course I didn't have any cash on me. Then, to top it off, I was already running behind so couldn't make it to go to another store or anything. They had already made the food so it just got tossed in the trash. I was very upset. The only reason I didn't rate them a one star is because all of the previous experiences there have been decent.

I have really enjoyed Hardee’s in the past except for this location. I really enjoyed the music blaring through the speakers at the drive thru; however, I did not enjoy being over charged, no straw, no napkin, and an uncooked burger. Also I’m not sure if the 2 employees even washed their hands. I’m not one to complain, but this was a bad enough experience that deserves a complaint. The only good thing was the fast service but I had to sacrifice a delicious cooked burger for that fast service.
