Sonic Drive-in

It gets worse everytime I go. I order ahead to hopefully avoid the normal “confusion” I waited over ten minutes in a stall so I got in the drive thru lame as it didn’t seem to have problems. Got the wrong order and the order is cold. No straw for the drink. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend with or without their app

I absolutely "USE" to love their reeces blast but I have given up! everytime I order there I get half way though it and there's no more reeces and for what those things cost should be mixed in top to bottom even reached out to corporate and DIDN'T EVEN GET A CALL BACK just some generic email with some cheap buy something get something free coupons I don't want free stuff I WANT WHAT I PAY FOR that whole franchise and company has became a joke their employees are miserable and hate it but say they love their customers so they stay

Waited over 40 mins for a slush and 2 milkshakes, meanwhile a car who arrived after us got food and beverages before us. By the time our order reached us the milkshakes were mostly melted. My fiancé had to get out of the car and flag down an employee who finally brought us our order. Horrible service, we won’t be back.
