I ordered a large egg drop soup, asked for extra crispy noodles and told they already owed me a bag from last time I didn't get any! My husband gets home with my soup, a regular size and I was charged again for the extra crispy noodles! I need a new Chinese restaurant to go to!

Ordered Lo Mein without mushrooms (this is the only place I know of that does this and it always has mushrooms. The Mongolian beef looks nothing like it did on the menu.
I’ve tried this place a few times and I’m done. Order always wrong and what Is right doesn’t taste that great. Ting Hao is better.

Twice I have ordered chick w/mixed veg and veg lo mein with NO MUSHROOMS. Can you guess what's been in my food both times? I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Ordered chicken with cashew nuts, not sure if they are being cheap or stupid but I got chicken with peanuts. She even repeated the order when she gave it to me. They used broccoli stalks and carrots as the vegetable. They were large chunky pieces hardly cooked and very hard. I never had a problem there before, something has changed Is there not anywhere with good service anymore?

Last couple of times I visited there has been this rude little boy taking orders. I ordered and stood outside for 40 minutes waiting. Several people came and went so I finally caught site of an adult employee. Turns out that the order was never given to cooks. I waited another 20 minutes to get food. Last night we ordered again. Same rude arrogant boy about 11 I'd say gave us all kind of attitude and lip when we picked up food. Food is mediocre at best so the chances of returning is slim.

I've always loved the food at Top China especially their House special Lo Mein but after my last experience i probably won't ordered any more. I ordered a House special fried rice and a buffalo chicken wings with shrimp rice. My mom nearly swallowed a staple. Luckily she felt it in her mouth before swallowing. Due to this experience I'm afraid of orderering food from them again.

I called in an order for coworkers and this rude high pitched voice (Lady or little boy) took it down. When picking up the food it was a little boy and he was very rude. They left out an entire tray and the food we did get is mediocre.
