Outback Steakhouse

I stopped by for a late lunch or early dinner. 😜 The place was clean and the tables were clean along with the seats. A rarity kn any chain restaurants. The bartenders and some staff are friends. One didn't smile that much. Maybe a bad day, it happens. Take a peak at my photos. Have a wonderful day.

This was a “medium” cooked steak. We boxed it up to take home and grill it ourselves but this was how two out of three of our steaks were that we’re supposed to be medium. My steak that came out was PURPLE cooked blue rare. Sent it back and it came back looking like these.if you want decent steak don’t go to the Salisbury location. Waiter was nice, wasn’t his fault but this is ridiculous.

All around wonderful experience! Manager and the food were awesome. Our waitress Charissa was the best waitress I have EVER had. We had a large group and she was on it we never had to ask for anything she was there seeing what we needed. It made it an enjoyable experience because she had the best personality of anyone I have ever met. We will definitely go back and will request her to be our waitress!!

This location is under new management, and it has really gone down hill. We went for an early Father's Day treat right at 4:00 pm which is when they start serving the prime rib - which is what we go there for. We ordered it medium rare, seared with spices. We ordered Coconut shrimp as an appetizer. The prime rib came before we even finished our salads! We cut into it and it was medium well. We sent it back. The waitress then returned and said the cook had overdone all the prime rib and if we ordered it seared, they could not make it medium rare. We had to order it regular and when it came, it was still only medium. The appetizer arrived AFTER the main course - because the cook apparently burnt the first order (per the waitress)! No manager or owner ever came around to check on our dining experience. The previous owner (a nice black gentleman) always did this. There's a sign over the door saying its owned by a woman now, but she never made an appearance at our table anyway. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience, and although my wife and I had only one drink each, the bill came to just under $100 with the tax and tip (the waitress did the best she could under the circumstances so she got a good tip). The prices have gone up at least 25%. The cooking staff was incompetent, and the management left much to be desired as well. I think we will be looking for a new place to get our prime rib from. It is no longer worth the money, and certainly not enjoyable either.
