This pizza was thin, the cheese was light, the ingredients were fresh, the beer was incredible and the food quality was excellent. I love the space, the vibe and the superb food. We got the Three Little Pigs so we got to sample the meats, but most of all the fried bread w marina and pesto appetizer was so unique and delicious, I highly recommend this spot, will be back for more!!

1st timers. Just a bit confusing when entering as you order then take a seat. We're looking for a thin crunchy crust. We came close with this place. A bit more chewy than we like but the flavors were outstanding. Had the 3 little pigs and a pepperoni pizza. About $12 per person and there were 4 with sodas and water.

Pizza was great. Crust was awesome from the wood fired oven. Calzone was really good. They have a nice selection of Beer and Wine. Will definitely go there again.

Love eating here, Wednesday pint night is the main motivator to come here. Amazing beer selection, probably best in Salisbury. Baker is always friendly and helpful with beer choices. Creative weekly pizza specials are a joy.

So much yes. So many beers, so much great pizza to choose from, nice and chill environment. All you could ever want from a pizza joint. Parking sucks. Downtown Salisbury has a terrible parking issue but that's not Salty Caper's fault. 5 of 5 all day long.

The Salty Caper is a couple of blocks off of Innes St. In Salisbury, NC. They have a good variety of draft beers and readily offer samples. The crusts on their wood fired pizzas is as good as I have had in a while. The pizzas are topped well and in total are excellent. If you are looking for a busy and engaged atmosphere this place is for you.

This Jewel of a restaurant is amazing! Very clean, very friendly staff, gourmet pizza and it was amazing. Does offer outside dining as well as inside. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely go again!

Great pizza worth the cost. We keep trying different pizza other places and we compare them to “salty caper” and they don’t compare. Only downside is they don’t open till later wish they open much earlier would be great for lunch.
