Ordered online, was told it didn't go through . Waited said not there. Got an email that said canceled. No refund the email said to ask them why they canceled they didn't give a reason. Long story short they stole my 12 dollars.

Worst experience of my life. I went with the thought of getting something fresh but left with the urge 2 not eat my subway at all because the older lady that helped didn’t even wash her hands or wear a hat while helping me she rolls her eyes 2 and gives bad attitude. Never going there again and I’m never taking my family there and telling my family 2 not go there. Don’t recommend I’d rather go 2 another subway even if it’s 4 hrs away. This also isn’t the first time she does this ive gone once before and it was the same thing its a lady thats always there 2.

Customer service is horrible. The lady helping me did it with attitude. She would grab the food and throw it back into the bin, contaminating the cheese after she would grab meat. Not to mention she made me a completly different sandwhich from what I had ordered. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE EATING HERE!

Staff is rude and unhelpful, I once misplaced my computer and went back, they argued that I had never been there and refused to even check the security tapes.
