Not sure what’s up with The workers in here right now but my delivery order wasover ten min late and no one was in the store and the two workers in there seemed rude. Dude was aggressive saying we’ll be there hold on and the lady I said thank you too twice didn’t respond or wouldn’t even make eye contact.

So disappointing. I've been eating deep dish for years and the last time I ordered it was sad. Ordered double mushroom on one and olives/bacon in the other. First of all they've shrunk (see photos) and that's definitely not double mushroom. Counter person just shrugged when I inquired about the toppings. Sad.

I always have a good experience but not this time the portal was not showing my name nor the code was good, I wait about an hour before they took my pizza out of there portal.
If your name is not there that doesn't mean that the pizza is not ready, after several minutes your code will expire, your pizza will stay on the warmer portal getting harder

pizza was quick to order, but long ass line on a Friday afternoon. A lot of people waiting. Better off being a regular pizza place and call in and deliver orders if you be waiting a long ass time.

Waited 45 minutes for my order. They no longer make cheese hot and ready pizzas anymore, you have to order it. Anyway, the cheese pizza was so badly burned and dried out (the cheese on the top was Crunchy hollow tubes) the pizza was inedible. Unfortunately, I got it on a Saturday afternoon and live in Prunedale, so I chose to just not eat it and threw it away. It would have cost me more to drive all the way back into town, wait another 45 min for a pizza and drive home in HORRIBLE traffic.

Ordered a pizza online to pick up, according to the lady the code/my name provided online was not their n she couldn’t help me. I even showed her the confirmation address. I left empty handed after i had payed for it. I read another review having trouble with the portals. If this issue is still going on and pretty much no help from the staff management should consider changes or modifications for less further issues like this. Not doing this online again or going back.

I asked for a crispy cheese pizza and the girl taking my order said it would take longer and asked if I wanted it burnt. I replied "Thats fine, I don't mind the wait and no just a little crispy, please" and she said "We can only make it burnt." My boyfriend worked at Little Caesars for two years. I know they're able to make it crispy. She didn't have to have such a bad attitude, she was so rude ):
