Mcdonald's

I have never recieved such terrible service. I asked and PAID FOR EXTRA RANCH AND BBQ, however they were not in my bag. I have learned that going thru this McDonald's you always check. The girl at the drive thru said yes all my sauces were there and walked away, guess she had more pressing matters. Please go to salinas. It is not worth the Hassel going to this McDonald's EVER!!!!!!!

Service was horrible! 😓 Food wait was eternal and the line was starting to get long. I don't know what took so long plus I noticed they handle money and prepare coffees or touch other food items without wearing gloves to fill out orders after they charge 😳 not very clean. Bathrooms were not clean us there was random person in the man's restroom just standing there, it was just uncomfortable.

Really MCDs. Why do I have to ask for tartar sauce while I am ordering a filet sandwich? Your employee wouldn't give us any tartar sauce when we picked up our food. Said we have to ask for it before paying... also, why is it someone has to be rude when you do ask for something here? Parents have it hard enough with children when they are hungry and are asking for things then your employees have to make it that much harder by being rude for no reason? Do better maybe. Do better.

Wednesday, January 19th, 12:13 p.m., store #11153. I have never in my life received such TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service at ANY food service establishment as I did at the McDonald's, address 17537 Vierra Canyon Rd, Salinas Ca 93907. As soon as I walked in to place my order, the cashier, (description young blonde haired girl, had what sounded to me like a Hispanic accent, about 5' 2"), was instantly was inpatient with me and was in a hurry the whole time. This didn't affect me at the time, as I ordered 2 meals. As soon as I looked in my food bag, I noticed there was only one order. I went over to the young lady and nicely stated to her that I had placed 2 meal orders and she immediately got defensive and said that she only heard that I ordered one meal. I stated to her that I would like to order another meal. I asked her a question regarding my drinks and before she gave me a chance to even finish my sentence, she talked right over me. I honestly don't remember what she was saying to me because at this point I got angry. I said to her in a stern voice, "I'm speaking" because she continued talkng over me and she said to me as she's walking away, not letting me finish what I was saying, "Oh no, you don't talk to me like that, girl." Then I said to a very nice manager from that McDonald's, that was not working but ordering, that this employee was very rude to me and all of a sudden this young cashier drops the "F" bomb toward me. Then this other employee standing next to this said employee, behind the counter, stood up for this blonde cashier as she was basically condoning her behavior. That set me off and I said to the two employees, "you're going to back up your coworker's rude behavior?" This blonde young lady then stood there, at a distance, with this other coworker, as the blonde employee stared me down, saying, who knows what. The very nice young lady manager that wasn't working, called a supervisor and told him that he needed to take care of this issue with me, right away. This nice gentleman supervisor behind the counter was very, very helpful and very apologetic to me. I was very thankful for this...I told him that I was sorry that he had to deal with these employees later.
