Great Customer Service from the person seating you and the server. Came here with gift card. Had the wed special steak and lobster. Wife had chicken Cesar salad. With cheese sticks and of course their famous biscuits. Great food.

We were greeted in a friendly & cheerful manner as we walked in by the hostess who immediately went ahead and sat us down. Our server was so patient, kind & knowledgeable of the entire menu. Menu is full of a variety of seafood options. Appetizers & drinks are great. They also provide non seafood dishes as well. Food came out looking and tasting great and it was hot. DEFINITELY will be returning again.

The food was of course not even remotely resembling the menu photo but nonetheless enjoyable. My only gripe is that for ice tea at $3.99 a glass, she never asked me if I wanted a refill but dropped my daughter off a refill of lemonade without her even asking. I was going to ask her when she came back but the only time she came back was when we were done eating and she left the bill. That was the only reason she got an 18% tip instead of a 20% tip.

My family and I dined here early last week. We had a wonderful waitress who was very patient and kind. We were a table of six w two children and she made our dining experience so easy and pleasant. To the young waitress, thank you for being so kind to us and making our dining experience so flawless.

They were very kind, gave good recommendations, our server was named Jaime and he was very kind. He took care of everything we needed and honestly this red lobster had the best food I have ever had at a red lobster. Thank you for the great service!

Fist of all we went to have a nice Anniversary dinner.. That's where we all ways go. This time was bad they had no Salmon nor Steak I my self like to Salmon and my Husband likes the Steak some add reason there was none. So we end up having something else. I was very disappointed. Next year We will have to go some where else.

It was delicious as always. This is my place to go for my birthday. Even though we don't always get good service. Today I'm going to say it was great service, Genevieve was amazing taking great care of us. Thank you Genevieve for the amazing service ♥️

We haven't been at a Red Lobster in a while. Took the family and boy we got a feast! Food was awesome like usual, just a little wait time to sit but not too bad. I'll post pics next time coz we're definitely coming back.
