Starbucks

Been doing Doordash all day and a customer gave me a tip so I though I would treat myself and take a Starbucks break, I went inside to order, as soon as I walked in the barista was very nice and greeting. Took my order and I asked for a bagel but I noticed I didn’t have enough for my drink and my bagel. So I decided to cancel my bagel. When to the restroom, then came back to the front to wait for my drink, when they called for my drink the barista Oliver gave me the bagel and said it’s on the house, honestly it’s been one of the nicest thing someone has done for me, been going through a lot lately. That this simple act of kindness made me cry and made my whole day, Thank you so much Oliver, we definitely need more people like you in the customer service industry. Please don’t ever change, just know that simple act of kindness can do so much in someone life!! Once again thank you Oliver from Starbucks 💖

Horrible customer service. I arrived at the drive thru at 10 (30 min before closing) and waited 30 min along with another 6 cars behind me and they refused to take our orders. Employees didn’t acknowledge any of us that waited in line. The car in front of me placed an order for 5 drinks and they couldn’t take care of the rest of the customers. This location has always struggles in delivering great customer service. That is why I will no longer support this location. I’d rather drive a little further away to a different Starbucks where I know I will get treated correctly.
