Review Burger King - Salida

Burger tasted like it was lukewarm mush in a patty form. It's not supposed to have o ions but did. Fries were hot but burnt and dark brown from old oil that was too hot cherry vanilla coke was fine

This Burger King was the worst... it was so dirty. The coffee was nasty. The tables were dirty. The staff had no current customers but yet I was waiting just to place my order.... if you like fruit Flys 🪰 this is the spot....

**Update: drive thru time has improved. seeing from the drive thru into the restaurant windows I could tell that the inside of the store had a better clean up than last visit. Hoping they keep this up! Head the warnings from other reviews. As stated by others, Drive thru takes 20-30min service for only a few cars ahead of you. Ive sat through this wait 3 times on separate visits in the past 2 months. I decided to skip this wait and go inside, and let me tell you it was 🤢. The floors were black with grime, gloves on the floor, puddles dispersed throughout dining room with furniture left in an array. Mop was out but no employee cleaned the entirety of the visit. A disgruntled customer came in cussing at the manager, manager couldn't properly diffuse the situation in a professional manner. Instead he stooped to the same level and cussed back. After the customer left, the rest of the customers inside the restaurant could hear the manager loudly complaining and said some offensive things. I was given an apology and was given my order. Cold old fries which were definitely past the throw out time and a burger with a bun that had a large black mark. Managers need retraining in food handling, customer service, direct more and manage employee strengths on certain tasks/job responsibilities.

This Burger King has improved greatly. Last year had a not soo good visit but this time around, the young gentlemen got my semi large order right. Got 2 Impossible Whoppers, 2 regular Whoppers, Chicken nuggets, 2 chicken fries and 2 slushies for $33.23. Pretty good deal

Staff are not friendly. Coffee that given to us are cold. No customer service. Whopper jr. are cold. Cheese did not even melt on the burger. Kids feel sick after eating from here. Horrible. Tables are not clean.

I asked for couple of burgers and i was very disappointed when i got my meals burgers they're over cooked no fresh fries very cold They don't even know what they doing .... Food is not cheap this days i am paying for they are not free looks like they are doing you a favor... Remember not free meal.. Terrible service!!!

Went on 1/8/22 at night and they didn't have a working ice cream machine, but the girl on the drive thru was so sweet and polite. The deals they had were great!! Thanks Burger King

The drive-thru wait time is way too long and my food was cold. When I went around to ask them, politely if they could make me some fresh fries they were some kind and more than okay with making me new fries and asked me to drive thru again so they could help the person behind me but when I returned to the window they gave me another large fry that I’m guessing we’re some old stale fries that they re-dropped into the fryer because they were an almost burnt color and that were super crunchy and tasted like oil. They didn’t even salt them. Horrible customer service. Oh, and there was a long strand of hair in my burger. I’m guessing it came from the gentleman that was working in the back that wasn’t wearing a hairnet. The worst burger king I’ve ever been to, EVER. 👎🏼

The manager was very rude to the staff, yelling across the dining room. I spoke to her and she was rude to me as well, certainly didn't get the point. I'm notifying corporate and will not return to this location.

I don't see how a drive thru experience could've been any worse. Between being rushed and not listened to by a rude as hell employee, my food was smashed, no straws and napkins, the ranch i asked for was missing. Not to mention the incomplete sandwhiches. Out of 4 sandwiches, none of them were completely prepared. My onion rings were spilled and smashed on the bottom of my bag. This location either needs a new staff, or complete shut down. Talk about making a bad name for your business. Won't be back and i will guarantee horrible reviews to anyone who asks.

I got my lunch from this location and to my surprise I asked for no tomato. I got my grill chicken sandwich did not have tomatoes but brown soggy lettuce. I am throughly disappointed you guys have done better on the turkey burger than this.

Love Burger King but the one in Salida on Kiernan horrible service. Manager has attitude rushes employees in the Drive-Thru line that they end up screwing up your order. Has the employee was not paying attention. Upper management needs to train their employees better on customer service

This Burger King is awesome and I love manager there she's cool and I love their small mini ice cream cones they give them out to their customers for free you just have to ask they go on and Beyond to make their customers happy we have always been satisfied with the Burger King even the drive-thru late at night.
